Hardee's recently initiated an app and is aggressively promoting it. Don't know why it took so long to get one, but there are good deals and reward points in the app. This store uses the app and served me fairly quickly.

Short staffed to the point that they don’t change the menu sign for breakfast/lunch. I had to pull up the menu on my phone so I knew what I could order. Doors are locked so you can’t go inside, also because of being short staffed. This low rating should reflect on owner/manager and not on the kind staff that still showed up. **update** Came back again. An employee was smoking right at the entrance, the “RGM” Peggy kept saying “this place sucks” at the front counter as I was waiting for my food, and literally every table in the dining room was dirty. The shining light was “Tee” who was incredible with our order and follow up and who also went outside and told the employee she couldn’t be smoking by the entrance.

Restroom wasn't working was told to use the restroom next door at the gas station. The employee said its always broken.

My youngest son Jacob makes the biscuits in the morning times. He makes them nice and fluffy.

They won't take 2 orders. One was just a sausage biscuit and the other was a meal. Can't pay for someone else's food on my disability income and I wasted gas. Woman was rude.

Person taking drive thru window was rudely hateful . i tried order breakfast and hateful where serving lunch at 11:00 am Soo i came into hardees to see menu that doesn't change . and waited 10 minutes

Good and fairly friendly and fast service as best can be expected, with being understaffed due to new implementation of the current Regime's Socialist stay at home welfare pay that subverts our country and economy. Only real complaint was the men's bathroom being closed off and no napkins available for self serve (it appears they were running low). Food was very good however.

Food and Service totally horrible. Waited in line for almost 10 mins and paid 16 dollars for like warm soggy fries. Sliders weren't anything you would call sliders. Big hot ham was basically just a lunch sandwich nothing big nor hot about it. Asked if we wanted med or large, asked for large then was told they are out of large cups would that be Ok? Why did u even ask for? Service not on par. Food totally thrown away. Won't be going back. Did call but won't be getting same food I received the first time.
