Called and was told prescription would be ready at 1240. Actually ready at 240. Sick folk not eager to come to the pharmacy definitely don't want to come twice.

Great to go in and shop at. The pick up is pretty awful though. We often get items that are already expired. If we tell them no substitutions, they still will often give us a terrible substitution. For the plastic bags, they only put in 1-2 items per bag. For the paper bag, they stuff them completely full and starting to tear, so I always have frozen food sliding around in my truck.

Kroger pharmacy is inept at filling prescription when appropriate. They have screwed up too many times and I will never fill another prescription at old fort parkway location! They are cheaper than some other places but it is not worth the aggravation! Costco is just as inexpensive as is Walmart and Genova. Very dissatisfied customer!

Nice selection on the fresh bar. Got a chicken salad croissant and some fruit for lunch. Store was clean, staff was friendly.

The past few times I’ve placed a pickup order here to be picked up in the morning (whether the order is placed a week in advance or two days from now), I almost ALWAYS get a phone call from someone asking to move my pickup time from 9am to 4pm. The staff are really nice, but I always have to cancel my order because I can’t make it there by 4pm. I understand they’re busy and short staffed but this has happened the past few times I’ve ordered from this location. This is such a waste of time and just irritating :(

The workers are not friendly and my groceries get bagged poorly, ugh the one time I did not use the self check out but the assistant at the front self checkout always friendly and helpful so kudos to her at least

Pharmacy "opens" at 8:00am. Tried to pickup some prescriptions at 8:45. They wouldn't let me because they are only giving covid vaccines between 8 and 9. THERE WASN'T ANYONE THERE GETTING A COVID VACCINE!!!! Usually very happy with the pharmacy at this Kroger. Not anymore!

This our “go-to” store for most of the groceries my family and I buy. We’ve been shopping here about twice a week for the last 2 years and have yet to have a bad experience. Their prices are consistent and their selections on items such as produce, meats, and wines are great. They have a good deli with plenty of selections, and they have a Starbucks inside as well. What more could a person ask for!

I have used the ClickList ordering here for the past 5 months or so. I have a constant issue of getting home and having paid for one item and received another. Here, I paid for Daisy cottage cheese and received Kroger cottage cheese. It isn't listed as a substitution and I wasn't made aware of it. When I call to tell them they just want me to drive back over there and get the correct item. I'm not paying a service fee to make two trips and your over charging me for something I didn't receive! This is not right!
