This store never opens on time. Suppose to open at 8 am, the workers just rolled up in their car and it’s 8:06. Not very good for customers. I’ll never come back to this one again. Clearly states they open at 8 am not when it’s convenient for you.

This place was a total mess, you can’t even walk down the aisles to look at stuff because there are carts and boxes EVERYWHERE. I know this is a dollar store but come on this was awful. I left my cart with a few things and walked out. Gross.

WORST store around. I try my very best not to come to this store I try to go to the one in Smyrna close to work but this one is closer to home. I needed medicine and couldn’t get in because they weren’t opening till 10. It’s never clean. Nothing is ever stocked. You can barely walk in the aisles. I’ve never been to this store where there wasn’t those stock carts in the way. Then today. I go and the lady says their not opening till 10 because they have a truck?? Two hours late to open. I’ve been plenty of times to other stores where they were having a truck and we’re open. Makes no sense. This has been going on for awhile. Something has to change.

This DG location has one of the rudest and laziest Shift Leads/ Managers I've ever encountered. She refused to uphold a sale they were advertising because she would have to hit a button for each item. I was in line behind the lady the employee was refusing to uphold the sell for and also had a buggy full of stuff that should have been 50% off. I asked the employee politely "So your not doing the 50% off the lowest price". She very rudely told me to just leave HER store. I was shocked and humiliated but 4 other customers that were waiting in line walked out also after seeing how she was treating customers. I will never return to this location. I did call the Corporate office and make a complaint but its been over a month and the girl still works there.

NO MASKS WORN BY STAFF!! On 8/8/2020, I visited the store, and noticed that the staff did not wear masks. There's a sign on the door that reads: Masks are required to enter the store. When I asked the cashier about this, she stated that they don't have to wear masks, and they check their temperatures daily. She stated that if they feel sick at all, they can't come to work. Unacceptable... Some are asymptomatic, and others just aren't showing symptoms YET. So sad.. Places like this are making things harder on our health care professionals and killing our patients! Do better by your customers!

I am so not happy with this Dollar General or staff. The store always looks like this and to me it is not any exceptions for this store. I personally do not plan on spending anymore money at this store. They never have what I need and then you have to jump over things if they do have it. Workers not wearing a mask. But we can't enter without a mask.

Been here 3 times wont be a 4th. 1st time had to deal with a cashier who coughed straight into my face and a week later I'm calling out of work sick. 2nd time was there when they opened and they saw me waiting. Went to the door at 8 and locked still, I waited patiently for another 15 min and no one still unlocked the door. 3rd time just boxes and trash everywhere. Plus they tried to double charge me on items. The employees don't care and neither does management.
