Great to go in and shop at. The pick up is pretty awful though. We often get items that are already expired. If we tell them no substitutions, they still will often give us a terrible substitution. For the plastic bags, they only put in 1-2 items per bag. For the paper bag, they stuff them completely full and starting to tear, so I always have frozen food sliding around in my truck. ~Ryan

WORST store around. I try my very best not to come to this store I try to go to the one in Smyrna close to work but this one is closer to home. I needed medicine and couldn’t get in because they weren’t opening till 10. It’s never clean. Nothing is ever stocked. You can barely walk in the aisles. I’ve never been to this store where there wasn’t those stock carts in the way. Then today. I go and the lady says their not opening till 10 because they have a truck?? Two hours late to open. I’ve been plenty of times to other stores where they were having a truck and we’re open. Makes no sense. This has been going on for awhile. Something has to change. ~Cassi

New chip readers at the pump didn't work with Penfed gas card. Card worked fine in store and across the street at Shell. Kroger needs to get their act together with chip reader technology. ~Marshall

It's a "self-serve" station...hard to self-serve when the credit card machine is constantly requiring the customer to go to the cashier station for assistance. Then you get to the cashier station and they have no idea why you had to come to them...happens over-and over. Other than that...good gas with odds and ends to purchase. ~B.K.

This place is a hidden gem! Its low-key facade makes it easy to miss, but it is definitely worth checking out. The menu offers lots of choices and it is awesome how clearly the vegan options are marked. The dolmades are delicious and the falafel sandwich is arguably the best ever! Portions are big, food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Interestingly the restaurant is attached to a market which hides it from the main road. Restaurant parking is actually around the side, but the market is definitely worth a look if you have time. We will definitely be back soon. Please be kind and love others! ☮️❤️ ~Moonbeam

We stopped going to Pucketts for a few years and decided to give it another chance, well let me tell you they are BACK!!!! WE ARE HAPPY !!! 😊 😃 it REALLY makes a difference when you find people who are good at what they do and the cook is good at what he or she is doing! Food was great 👍🏾 portions are huge 👌🏾 😋 me and the hubby actually share when we come here! Price $$not expensive and definitely worth it! Atmosphere is like a museum 😍 lovely to look at all the old time labels and artifacts! They do have a live band still on certain nights! Service had always been great! Decent food market. Has a variety of Asian food products. Ladies working there can help tremendously if you are interested in a product but are unsure of it. Only thing I would really like different would be prices labels. I disliked asking for a prices every few moments. ~Victor

Brandon was incredibly helpful and informative. We are now a part of the power up rewards program because of the information provided by Brandon. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star review was that air condition. It was very hot in there. But Brandon did a good job making us comfortable with the fan he had in there. ~solomon
