This is the cleanest walmart I've ever seen. They have employees actually doing their jobs by keeping the store clean and putting clothes and items back where they belong instead of leaving them lying about. This store is a testament for good management, a good work team, and an overall great community.

The only reason I gave them a one star is because they are cheap on phone service. I have had issues in the store and on the phone with Xfinity since last December. I went in today, two people were complaining about the wait. There is no sense of urgency at this location. Being in retail for 40 years, you can offer great customer service, but still understand that when customers are waiting you work with that sense of "urgency". I sat and watched as associates talked with each other in-between customers, stop and chat with someone who they knew. This is fine if you are slow, but not when there are customers waiting, well! We had a term "all hands on deck". And when they tell you 15-20 minutes better double that at the minimum.

Never any carts in stock and employees couldn’t care less. How are you gonna have an employee checking receipts at both entrances but no carts brought back in?

Great store. Lots of stuff to choose from. There were a lot of clearance racks all around. The only drawback was the carts when you walked in. There were none. We asked and a call had been sent but there still was no one out there picking them. Up.

Edited to share my experience. I just had the most wonderful experience picking up my order. I had the pleasure of having Melvin bring out my order and he was soooo friendly and put my order in my trunk perfectly so nothing would move. He is such a happy person with a awesome personality who the Walmart store here on Old Fort Rd. is very lucky to have. I'm going to give his mom the credit for bringing him up correctly. So since the customer is always right, this customer would like to say to management that he needs a day off WITH pay!! We need more people like Melvin in this world! Thanks again Melvin for your great service!

Update - One of the best experiences I've had at a Walmart today. Had an employee hunt me down in housewares, asked me what I was looking for and actually take me and walk me over to the item. Almost thought I was a Publix for a minute Overall if you're looking for something cheap and quick, chances are they have it. Personally I'm not a big fan of the store not because I've had any bad experiences but just because it's huge and takes a while to find things. Generally a little too crowded for my liking. Other than that all good and I'm sure I'll be back.

Got mostly what I needed. Loved the big selection of curly hair products. Couldn't find the soup I wanted that other walmart carry. Also, there were like 10 plus self check outs available but only 1 cashier for items over 20. So the poor lady had a HUGE line of people with huge carts full of groceries and what not. Then another employee came to help but she could only help 2 people before her shift ended. After that they closed their lanes and no other lanes were available to other customers other then the (1) Less then 20 lane and Self check out, such doesn't work for a cart full of groceries.

I visited this particular Walmart to purchase some pool and water fun stuff. They had a decent selections of goods. I did find the life vest I was looking for. Didn't really talk to any staff. The store was very clean. I had an overall good experience.

The employees were extremely nice. I asked a couple of time the placement of products. One young lady had no clue where the item was located, but she went out of her way to find it. This particular Walmart isn't as clean as some of the others but not too bad.
