I love this store but the customer service online makes me hate it. If you order something for pick up they will have you running in circles for days. I was told my item would be ready for pick up on Monday, they had some delays and changed it to Wednesday. Which is totally fine, but now they're telling me I won't get it until next month! Both agents I spoke to took 40 minutes, almost a whole hour, to even get the point of the conversation. Walmart has what I need for a better price and better service!

Had to return a patch cord because it didn't work. And asked to try the replacement patch cord on a TV in the store and was told that they didn't have anything to do this with. Pretty sad when Best Buy is supposed to be the electronic guru's on these things, guess not anymore!

Bought a Blink wireless security high quality images and videos. Very happy with the investment. We were very happy with our salesperson he had us in and out in 20 or so minutes. 😀

Bought an insignia TV from Theresa, best buy has went downhill from having experts in separate area but she is phenomenal. They are coming today to wall mount it through totaltech so we will see if that is as smooth as our buying process.

I went to purchase a certain item. I was assisted and I clearly stated what I needed and the floor person told me the thing that I purchased would be the right product. After getting home it was the wrong product. It didn't fit it was made for a wall phone and not an Ethernet but overall the service was great.

The Nest Cam was on sale and super simple to mount. And setup was as easy as following a few steps once the camera finished auto-updating after I chose the proper network and provided the password. Great camera!

Came here on early weekday morning, and had a good experience. The place was not packed, and there was no line to the pick-up counter. I went in and out within five minutes. Overall, no negative experience thus far. I would come back in the future.

I looked all over the internet and Best Buy had the best deal. But here's the kicker... They also had curbside delivery, which meant that instead of waiting for days or weeks to get my external hard drive, in 45 minutes I drove over to their store, parked in the parking lot, and someone brought me my new drive. This was one of the most satisfying experiences that I can remember. Also I'm happy to support my local store so that I can continue to give service of this sort. Very happy with my experience. Thank you!
