I went to the Bloomington ,Indiana store to explore the possibility of buying a pair of Hokas. Katelin Cassell did a remarkable job of fitting with the right/size of shoe. Even though I am not ready to purchase she spent time with me. Her knowledge of the product empressed me. Kudos to Katelin for great customer service.

I came to visit my sister in Minnesota and i had to stop by and buy some comfortable shoes and found this store with great reviews. Jared was patient, kind, and very educated about quality shoes! He really has a passion and im so happy he helped me out since I’ve always had foot pain from bunions. I bought 2 pairs of shoes there but I’ll definitely come back to shop for more since it’s such great quality and the customer service was wonderful! Thank you Jared for your help. I’ll be sure to bring you some in-n-out burgers when i fly back to Minnesota! :D

Yesterday I went in to look for some new shoes for everyday casual. I have been having foot pain for months and the monent I put on a pair of Hoka's my feel felt amazing. The girl helping me was outstanding also. I also got a pair for the gym, can't wait to see how my feet feel after cardio circuit. So, go to Tradehome and check the Hoka shoes out!!!

Walked in expecting just to look with my girlfriend for a pair of sandals for her, the representative we had (Seth) brought various brands of sandals after helping diagnose what she would need for comfort, and unprompted brought me some great pairs to try too. Great experience!

Tiler and his crew are by far the best to go to for your shoe needs. He takes care of me, my staff and my family. They are always eager to help me find what’s comfortable and stylish. The store looks great and they are a fun group to shop with. I recommend them to anyone looking for nice footwear.

Tiler is very nice and knows his shoes. Make sure to talk to him before you buy anything because he will tell you what your style is and how to take care of whatever shoes you’re getting. Cam is also nice.

We love coming here to get shoes. The staff is very friendly and is always helping you find the shoes that fit what you need. Everytime I go in just looking I always walk out with a pair of extremely comfortable shoes. I dont go anywhere for shoes these days. If you want quality, comfortable shoes this is the place to go.

Let me preface this review by saying I'm not the kind of person who regularly reviews businesses. That said, the quality of the service that I received at Tradehome Shoes was truly exemplary! I've had some lingering problems with plantar fasciitis in my left foot and decided it was time to bite the bullet, get my feet sized properly, and talk to someone that knows about shoes. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. At Tradehome Shoes, there is a reasonably decent selection of Chacos, Taos, Asics and other such brands for people who need a pair of good, supportive shoes. Also at Tradehome are consummate professionals like Tiler and Robert who will: 1) get you in the correct size of shoes, 2) provide you with a variety of options to meet your needs, and 3) entertain you with humor and their weirdly passionate opinions on footwear. Honestly, I feel like I learned a lot about what will and will not work with my feet and the particular problems that I experience. I left the store with THE most comfortable and supportive shoes and insoles I've ever worn. Assuming the On Cloud shoes that I left with hold up (I have every expectation they will, especially after they sprayed them with additional protectant in the store), I am elated I made the impulse trip to Tradehome Shoes...and I say that as someone who was planning to purchase a totally different pair of cheaper shoes! Highly recommend checking these guys out!
