I’m not really a outlet mall shopper but if I even do come to Guess I basically just get the glasses and that’s basically it, the customer service was nice they even had a new worker in training learning while I was checking out, I came during the weekday so it was not busy at all.

When I walked in I was greeted by right away by two sweet girls. There was plenty of hand bags to lust over. It was fun to explore the store.

I always love coming here, the staff are always really friendly and you can see they work hard to keep the store looking nice too. Product is nice and hardy as well, I like my Guess Purse and Wallet so much I actually got rid of my others since I just take it everywhere with me all the time and it goes with just about everything I own. As for the brand itself, Guess is great if you want high end fashion but without the tackiness that has come to be associated with other brands such as Gucci in recent years or the weird culture surrounding others like Supreme. Here, they always have some kind of sale going on too. My afforementioned handbag I managed to get at $12, my wallet at $15, and a tailored wool coat for $40 reduced from $100. They also do gifts as well that come in their own little boxes so you don't need to wrap them up or anything. Would highly reccomend for anyone wanting something high end that they can be certain won't fall apart after some wear, and won't break the bank either!!

Very rude and snotty staff Mostly kids who don't know what customer service means Random jumbles of weird off sized tiny clothes. Junky. Not like real Guess stores. Too much for what you pay. Prime example of a company that probably knowingly sells knock-offs of their own brand for larger profit margins.

Whoever the manager was working the night I decided to shop around on a boring night, what a weirdo. He must of thought I was trying to steal something as he kept following me around the store and constantly asking me if he could help me! How annoying and uncomfortable it felt, then after I insisted on letting him suggest pants for me, I took them into the fitting room and he had the nerve to knock on my door as i was changing and asked if they fit me okay!? Who does that? I ended up buying the things I wanted, but I will never go back! BTW this was around February of 2016. An older guy maybe in 40's...I hope he no longer works there, I love Guess, and their shirts..
