I went today guy who helped me was very nice, but after one hour and half went again only girl she was there she was very rude to me. she wanted to charge me again I told her I was here just one hour and half guy helped me and charged me I showed her the amount, of course when I was right she couldn’t say nothing she wanted me to leave quickly and I was still using my phones to see if problem solve, she said your ready to go, also she was on the phone and ignore the customer very bad customer service. I’ve been 10 years with metro PCS I went many locations always I was satisfied, but not today in this location. Also I own business Am business owner For years I never ever ignore my customers, or rush tell them you can go kick them out of the store no matter what. When I said ok now my phone is working thank you she didn’t reply say your welcome or have nice day seriously unprofessional.

If I can literally give this store zero stars I would. First of all the store was packed and nobody greeted us when we walked in but we made the exception with the fact that As I mentioned, the store being packed and then nobody sanitized after any customers. Both girls looked like they did not even want to be at work and turns out one was the manager and I only know Because I asked to speak with one. We went in so my mom can get her upgrade she’s been a loyal customer for several years and the “manager” was rude and kept using the phrase “like I said” continuously. Almost as if she was frustrated to do her freaking job!! Annoyed with my elder moms questions and concerns regarding transferring contacts and photos and she was no help at all!! It’s so sad I will never come back to this location I might just have her join my plan with at&t !! DONT LET YOUR ELDER FAMILY MEMBERS GO HERE ALONE! They will be rude and give them the boot!! Get better management metro!

Alex was great! Helped me get a tablet for my son. I saved a lot of money..... So I this is a second review. Alex was awesome again. I appreciate when a place of business remembers me by name. I had a problem with my tablet. My 4yr old broke the charging port. Alex helped me in getting another one. And he gave me a great deal. 5 stars again!!!!

Brianna was very helpful and she got all new phones for my family. I highly recommend going to this location if you need new phones for you or your family. She helped with putting the phones together and getting everything set up.

Ask for Brianna when you get it she is very respectful and 10/10 when it comes to professionalism. I bought i brand new phone and I love. She was fast and effective should be promoted to manager already!

I came here some time last year. Added my nephew to my account. Walked out went home saw their was extra $27 in fees from add on that were added to my account that I never added on. Fast forward to 06/09/2019 I Port my number over to get service and a free phone. Same girl who helped me out last year helped me out again. She automatically put me on the $60 plan with out asking what plan I wanted. So I figure all I'm paying for is $60 which is fine. Looked at the text messages from metro welcoming me etc and saw the $70 is due every month on the 8th.. called metro said why $70. They said a $10 security feature was added on. Once again this girl added something to my account with out me knowing. As long as the girl who was working the morning of sunday 06/09/2019 is still their I'll never be customer at that store again. It's B.S this person is adding stuff to my account with out asking me.
