Checked out the new location this morning and they've got everything you can think of! The only room for improvement is at checkout. Not friendly at all and attitude was less than inviting. I understand people have off days but attitude and smiles are very important especially when opening a new location.

The new location is nice, but 2 of the 4 item I was there to purchase rang up at a higher price than labeled. Double-check your receipt.

I've shopped at this location quite a bit over last 2 years. This trip i found myself walking very empty aisles. It looks like a remodel is taking place. I understand that but don't understand why service has to suffer. There was a price discrepancy and when i questioned at the register a young girl just pointed to a sign on the counter stating price changes are pending. Or words to they effect. Just beware of their pricing issues when you check out

Associates rarely feel welcoming, and when you do ask for help they can seem irritated. Go to other Ace Hardwares where they're actually nice and don't brush you off.

I went in to get some blue painters tape. Four shelves full of various brands of tape. Picked one out that is marked $6.99 and went up to the counter. It rings up at $11.99. so I take it back and look and they have the premium $11.99 tape filling up three full slots on three different shelves. All marked at three different prices. This wasn't one roll that was put back wrong by a customer. This is lazy employees and poor management allowing them to just stuff products onto the shelf randomly when other brands are out of stock. And not correct any pricing. I explained this to the person at the checkout register and she just simply shrugged her shoulders. I tried never to come to this store because of things like this. I think the last three times I've been in things are priced wrong on the shelves and at the holidays they don't price anything at all.

Matt and his son at the lawn tool department are a joy to work with . Always courteous and helpful . Did not waste my time to drive 15 miles to shop at the Plantation store. P.S. I took my wife with me today . She was so impressed with other employees as well . Please keep up this spirit in doing business. Sam

Love this ace hardware store. They carry a little of everything and are always so nice and helpful there. Will use them again in the future

It seems like no matter what I need, they have it. Plus lots of sales staff to help. It may be a little more expensive than the big box stores but with the price of gas, and to avoid walking around aimlessly, this is my go to store.

Plantation Hardware is my favorite place hardware store for a quick pick up of things I need. 99.9% of the time they have exactly what I needed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Can't wait for them to open the new store on Mason and FM 359.
