I rented a minivan online at a Richmond,Texas location and everything went smooth. Although my vehicle had 1 worn tire that wasn’t as noticeable, enterprise took care of the situation by swapping out minivans with one that was good to go. My advice is to thoroughly look over the vehicle especially if you’re taking it out on a trip like we did.

Provided a car whilst my car being repaired at the auto-body shop. Very good service. Give them 3-4 days notice if you are a private hire as most cars service the repair shops. They are seamless in this. Well done.

Amazing!!! Met Assistant Mgr. Conner for the first time… I arrived 2 min before closing on a FRIDAY & was on my way 10 min later. It literally took 5 min to rent a car at this location & the transaction was complete with excellent customer service & an awesome car! Called back on Monday to ensure the payment was allocated as requested and Jason was the sweetest …especially for a Monday! Love this location & its staff!

Called 3 times at varying times during the day. 2 times, someone answered after about 10 minutes, then asked me to hold and never came back. The other time nobody ever picked up. I also talked to an employee in one of their call centers said that she would pass along my information to the store and they would call me in 20 minutes at most. I never heard anything from them. Not an acceptable way to do business.

Do not rent a car in this place! I left a Nintendo Switch and came back the next day, but they indicated that there was nothing in the there. I am 100% sure I left it in the car, so someone in the car rental took it.

Called about 15 min before closing on a Saturday morning. Just had a quick question about mechanical issues I was experiencing with a rental. The staff picked up the call, immediately put me on hold and never came back. I would rather someone have just instructed me to call back on Monday instead of leaving me on everlasting hold.

I have been using enterprise for about 2 decades.. this location is the most unprofessional car rental shop I came across. The manager is a habitual liar and over charged me.
