Freedom ford set my wife up with a rental using Enterprise. So ford covered a 40.00 car, a Toyota Corolla beat up, not detailed, nasty, was 45.00 a day. Roderick worked with us to drop it back down to 40.00. Now we are getting our final bill, we have not got our deposit back, now they have added another charge to my wife's card. Not a very happy experience with enterprise. Neil or Roderick owes us an explanation.

I did not have a great experience with enterprise. I had to have a rental for about a month due to my car being repaired from a wreck. Granted this is my first time ever having a rental, they told me my insurance was paying for the rental. Cool. But then asked me if I wanted to use their insurance to cover the rental when my insurance told them it is to be put on my insurance. They got 100 dollars out of me for no reason.

When I rented the car everything started out fine, and the office was great! She asked me if I wanted the insurance for $19 and I said sure. I had to renew the next two days because me car wasn't ready. At no point did they tell me this $19 was a daily charge or ask if I also wanted to renew the insurance. Come to find out the insurance was actually $24.99. Upon looking on the website, it says that I should have paid no more than $16.99. How much is it really? Why wasn't I informed? I feel that I am due the difference back. They also charged me for gas that was not in the car. When they said they would refund it, I said thank you. I have not seen these funds yet.

The Enterprise Rental staff at this location went out of their way to help me when my car went out on a road trip while I was returning to Dallas. My car stalled in Commerce, TX and they were the nearest location, they lived up to their tag line, they were able to pick us up and had a minivan available so we could transfer our luggage and our dog. They truly rescued us and both the driver who picked us up and the customer service representative who assisted me at their location were friendly, kind and accommodating. (Also noted that they were following all COVID-19 safety protocols with masks, social distancing, etc.) I only wish that I was able to get their names so I could thank them again. This was my first rental through Enterprise in many years but now thanks to the amazing customer service and quality of the vehicle, it will not be my last. Thank you Enterprise in Greenville, TX.

I spent 5K renting multiple vehicles without any issues. The last time I tried to rent using the same debit card I used for all my past rentals I was told they don't accept my debit card anymore. I asked why...they responded because it's our right not to accept certain debit cards. I even pulled up my online account showing my account number, balance and the physical address to my financial institute. Talk about prejudice, made me feel like I had done something wrong like breaking the law so embarrassing. This was the thanks I got for renting 5K worth of rentals and 3K in a 2 month period. All I did was poor money into the business only to be told my business wasn't good anymore. Really really sad...I followed my rental agreement to the tee. Someone needs to open an investigation into my valid complaint or at the least look into unfair and prejudice business practices. Sorry for being a good paying customer who adhered to all the guidelines the rental agreement required.

These guys should get an award for being so helpful and pleasant. I was putting my car in the shop and needed to get a rental. I got a great van at such an awesome rate. Then I had to cut the rental short, they were understanding, attentive, and kindhearted. I was frazzled and they eased my troubles, even dropping me off at the car shop where my car was AND showing me the way back to town. I cannot say thank you enough. The lady in the front who helped me with the return (she has some beautiful braids) and the young lady who drove me and my littles to pick up my car are awesome and this company is BLESSED to have them. Thanks!

Usually I dread every aspect of the rental car experience, but this was my first time using enterprise and I will never go anywhere else! The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful in their communication. It was obvious that the manager at the Greenville location was doing his job to create a healthy team culture. Above all everyone there seemed to genuinely delight in their job. A headache free encounter!

I have started travelling for work and I LOVE the staff at the Greenville TX location. I use the email/reward system so my reservation is there when I walk in, they get me set up, and on the road always with a smile and top class service. Always helpful

Excellent service! The manager Jeff gave an outstanding customer experience. Car was very nice, fuel efficient. Amanda drove safely with my kids in the car to come pick us up. Definitely rent from here to prevent a bad experience with someone else! I had a wonderful time using this company.
