5410 Bellaire Blvd. I cannot give enough praise for this Enterprise office, especially the branch manager Ricky Blackmon. Every time I called, Ricky himself answered and addressed all of our concerns. The rental had to be driven out of state because my daughter was in the process of a job transfer. This could not have happened at a more inconvenient time. We were advised that if the car is driven outside of LA, there would be a very hefty drop off fee. As there was no other option, we decided that we’d just pay it and move on. Fast forward, the rental was dropped off in another state half way across the country. I called the Bellaire TX office and spoke with Ricky, intending on placing the drop off fee on my credit card. He placed me on hold to check the policy; it was decided that the fee would be waived! This is how you keep customers. I will always call Enterprise for any rental needs. Thank you so much Enterprise in Bellaire TX, and a special thanks to Ricky Blackmon. Your actions are truly the epitome of great customer service!

Will not be going back to this location. They purposely don’t listen and always stating they don’t have any cars for the reservation that you booked for. They literally charged me for two days after I stated I didn’t want my pick time to be the same as my return time. Didn’t even tell me about the grace period for bringing the car back without being charged for another day so now I’m out of a 300 deposit due to your employees not listening and just want to make a sell. They claimed they didn’t have any cars and he didn’t say the rental was 186 dollars a day. Which was way more expensive than my reservation for 173 for one day and my return time was way later. They are committing fraud at that location. When me and my husband walked to the back we seen a lot of cars but for some reason we only had 3 options to choose from and all were high priced. I couldn’t change my location but I had to be to work for 9:30 that morning. This is very upsetting and I will not rest until I get my deposit back and some my questions answered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was left stranded for 7 hours in a small town all because the vehicle didn’t have a spare tire!!!! I had already been driving for 13 hours prior. They towed the rental and left me in the cold and rain in the middle of nowhere with my brother who has a medical condition. I called roadside assistance numerous times and kept getting the run around. I was even offered 2 dollars from a woman who thought I was homeless since I’d been there so long! That is so embarrassing! The branch manager Rick was trash. He let me bring the car in a day late and that’s it. I was up for nearly 30 hours straight. I was not compensated for my trouble at all. He was aware of everything that had happened. He even found it amusing and laughed it off. I asked to speak to his manager Shavar and he ignored numerous attempts to try and contact him. This branch is ridiculous. I will NEVER rent another vehicle from Enterprise again. They care more about their cars than people. I made a complaint through customer service and still have not heard anything back!

I always rent at this Enterprise location. Rick is very helpful, friendly, and professional. The vehicles are always cleaner compared to other locations. They are very busy a little bit of patience goes a long ways.

The worst customer service with deceptive sales practices. I made a reservation online for a premium car and got the confirmation. I made a phone call to the location and spoke to Joel Aman to make sure verbally that the car is available and the confirmation is Registered. Joel confirmed and said that I can come by anytime to get the car and it has been reserved for me. To my surprise when I got there , Joel said that he thought that I would take any car. I responded that I had talked to him and confirmed. He just said that he thought I would compromise and get lower standard vehicles. I rejected his offer and asked if he can call another location to confirm availability of a premium car for he refused to do. This is just unacceptable, he waisted valuable time since I had work related appointments that I had to cancel and may jeopardize my contracts.

I will try not to rent out at this place. This is my 3rd time refused a rental because they said they don’t have any cars. Always same guy that refuses the rental. I feel they are just lazy to get a car

When I got there, the lady that was helping me told me that I was getting a chevy malibu, she lied. Upon receiving the rental car, they aired it out and "cleaned" it because the previous renter was smoking very heavily in it. When she gave me the keys, she told me I could not smoke it in despite the extremely heavy smell of smoke. At the time, I did not feel any type of effect. However, once going on the 30 minute drive to my house, I could feel the smoke affecting my asthma. Once i got home, I tried calling and the lady that answered transferred me to someone, only to be waiting for 20 minutes and then the call dropping. My daughter finally got in touch with someone this morning and the lady very rudely hung up on her. Very disappointed in this place and not worth your time and money! Please stay away

Had a horrible experience with Hertz. After pre-paying for a rental...long story short no car was available and I lost my money (never renting with them again). Booked a rental with the Bellaire enterprise location overnight. Arrived in the morning with a car cleaned and ready to go. Miranda was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Miranda helped make my rental experience perfect. Her customer service was everything! Will always come back to this location when in need of a rental!
