This store does not open when it claims. You call the store and they hang up in your face...poor customer service at this store

Today I went there and unfortunately I saw a bad show, an employee rudely took out a girl just for walking with her dog in her arms, there is no sign there that says that you can not enter with a dog, like the mother of the girl I claim the employee in an arrogant manner went out to confront her and want to fight with her, they must fire the 3 employees who were there today that happened at 7:50 in the afternoon. When hiring staff, train them on interpersonal relationships and customer service because it seems that animals are the ones that work there.

The store was very disorganized the prices are pretty much the same as other dollar stores. But the store need to be clean and organized. The cashier was very polite.

Back to normal unfortunately... This store has been usually very disorganized in past visits. Today everything was neat, orderly, and clean. I mentioned to the manager that the store looked good. Customers do notice things ;)

Store manager was disrespectful, cashier was late to work, and the district manager sounded unprofessional. Bring hand sanitizer as you will feel grimy after leaving.

We arrived at the Bissonnet location at 8:35 pm tonight, but one of the sales staff has locked the door and would not let anyone in. She motioned through the glass door that they are about to clean. The hours of operation is until 9pm!

As far as dollar stores go, this place is great! You never know what little goodies you're going to find. Right now, they have pink Himalayan sea salt, which normally runs about $20/lb, and that's for the cheaper stuff! They always have gallon 6-packs of distilled water, and they're wrapped up and easy to carry, and they always have my cat food.

The manager makes the difference! Went in for balloons and the manager was so professional and passionate about her job. She was great with customers and her staff (I was there for awhile because I ordered so many balloons). Dollar Tree, you have a gem with your manager!!!
