Our child who is 3 is enrolled in Pablo Silva Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 3-7 yr age bracket; and we absolutely love it. From day one Pablo and staff are genuine and very patient. We've noticed a significant change in confidence and taking of instructions. She looks forward to each class and smiles non-stop. Highly highly recommend!! ~Emergency

Today I went there and unfortunately I saw a bad show, an employee rudely took out a girl just for walking with her dog in her arms, there is no sign there that says that you can not enter with a dog, like the mother of the girl I claim the employee in an arrogant manner went out to confront her and want to fight with her, they must fire the 3 employees who were there today that happened at 7:50 in the afternoon. When hiring staff, train them on interpersonal relationships and customer service because it seems that animals are the ones that work there. ~H

Visited the Bellaire location and normally we are very satisfied with service and the enormous ice cream servings. Today the service was good, but my husband and I each ordered 3 scoops in a cup and server scooped big and took off half of the scoop to try to level it off. So half of the ice cream was put back in bucket and we ended up with 3 small scoops that probably could have gone in a medium cup.. We were so disappointed with the small amount of ice cream we got for the high price we paid. Therefore we didn't get our money's worth. Don't know if we will visit this one again. Could have gone to grocery store and bought 2 half gallons of blue bell ice cream for the price we paid for a pint. ~S.

Ordered something different than my usual drink. Tried the strawberry 🍓 lemonade 🍋. Enjoyed the drink. Had been at least 5 yrs since I had been to this location. It was quiet in the late evening an hour or so before closing. Good place to sit and have a drink and such. ~José

Will not be going back to this location. They purposely don’t listen and always stating they don’t have any cars for the reservation that you booked for. They literally charged me for two days after I stated I didn’t want my pick time to be the same as my return time. Didn’t even tell me about the grace period for bringing the car back without being charged for another day so now I’m out of a 300 deposit due to your employees not listening and just want to make a sell. They claimed they didn’t have any cars and he didn’t say the rental was 186 dollars a day. Which was way more expensive than my reservation for 173 for one day and my return time was way later. They are committing fraud at that location. When me and my husband walked to the back we seen a lot of cars but for some reason we only had 3 options to choose from and all were high priced. I couldn’t change my location but I had to be to work for 9:30 that morning. This is very upsetting and I will not rest until I get my deposit back and some my questions answered. ~Shanelle

Pharmacy consistently has long waits. Often 10 minutes or more for single customer. They are understaffed, overworked, have to much business for what can reasonably be handled. Has been going on for a long time, no change (they probably don’t have room to expand), but after waiting 20 minutes with no line move AGAIN, I am done with Walgreens. ~Gerry

I usually get the same thing every time A muffin with butter , they put a very small amount of butter so I sometimes ask for ONE butter PACKET on the side I’ve only done this about 2 times today Saturday at 11:45am I ask for a extra butter and the cook says its 25cent I say okay and then she gives me 2 for free . The moral of the story is don’t be spiteful to people and think everyone is trying to get over on you .The cashier was also very bland quite no hello good morning nothing , I’m a loyal perks Customer. This location has fast service but they really need to work on there attitudes/Energy ~DJay
