I usually get the same thing every time A muffin with butter , they put a very small amount of butter so I sometimes ask for ONE butter PACKET on the side I’ve only done this about 2 times today Saturday at 11:45am I ask for a extra butter and the cook says its 25cent I say okay and then she gives me 2 for free . The moral of the story is don’t be spiteful to people and think everyone is trying to get over on you .The cashier was also very bland quite no hello good morning nothing , I’m a loyal perks Customer. This location has fast service but they really need to work on there attitudes/Energy

The products are very good but, however, the experience can be terrible for those fine out on the patio. As anyone know we only rent the coffee we drink with the donuts,....no longer are you allowed to use the restroom. Neither can seniors or anyone allowed to sit inside anyone, which void the opportunity to sit inside with the kids. The patio is nice but uncomfortable on chilly, hot and rainy days. Therefore it is not the donut shop it has the potential of being. The place is clean and the employees are very courteous.

Breakfast sandwiches are not very good....not to mention I got 6 hashbrowns total and it doesn't come together in a meal .....all items are seperate....

Ordered $40 worth of food from Grub hub More than half was missing and given something we didn’t order. Second time this has happened. Done with this location Order #9102 /6/15 at 11:10AM

Kolaches and donuts are delicious, pretty good coffee, don't like the location though and this is a good place to order take out, too small to eat in!

When I first moved here from the northeast about 15 years ago, this was the only Dunkin’ in Houston. I noticed that the donuts at this location always tasted better than the same ones from back home, I think they always had to elevate their quality to compete with all the awesome Houston donut shops. In any case, this location is still better than your average DD, including the newer locations around town.

I hope someone can see this review and help to fix the problem, Despite of having all different kinds of Donuts and beverages there, it's hard to buy them using the App, due an App glitch! Example, the dubble chocolate and the Coconut Donuts are available inside the store but you cannot buy them using the App. Due it show not available in the store That applies on beverages like chocolate milk and juice etc. As well.

Cheap and delicious! Great way to start my morning. My order was taken quickly despite the line, my food and drinks came out very quick. Everything was just how I ordered it and it was delicious! Great experience at this location.

Dunkin only has a few locations that make their donuts in-store, the rest get them made in advance and ship them in chilled, which basically taste like several days-old. The positive side, they still has fantastic coffees with that unique taste Dunkin fans know all too well!
