Such a shame that this place is so run down. Cashiers sitting talking after waiting on us. Table dirty, trash can with ice cream drips, not to mention floor was so filthy. Never coming to this location again

This place was not clean at all, notified the 2 girls they needed toilet paper in ladies room neither one ever replaced it. Tables were dirty, with ice cream used napkins crumbs all over the floor and tables Cashiers sat around talking for at least 30 minutes, neither one bothered to clean up the place. Only 2 customers came in, it was slow enough for them to take initiative and clean up. What a shame

Overpriced and filthy. I literally watched a cockroach crawl across the counter while I was halfway through my ice cream.

Daughter got a waffle bowl. Strawberry ice cream with m&ms. The lady barely mixed it. Then dad got a butterfinger waffle cone with vanilla scoop with snickers and butter ginger mixed. Again. She barely mixed. I got a cookie ice cream sandwich. Again. She didn’t give two snaps on how she did it. It was mess, not like the picture. Couldn’t hold it. I cream wasn’t mixed so it was pretty hard. After we got out stuff we noticed little black bugs flying around. Never again will we go back.

There was little flying bugs landing on the cookies and as I made them aware, they only set them aside and tried to sell me other cookies out of the same display case, ice cream was nearly melted in the cooler. It's really sad because this place is in a great location and looks really nice inside, but the quality of the product looks terrible.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was disappointed that there was no Icee machine, as that is the sole reason I went in. I did end up getting ice cream, which is delicious and cookies, since there is a Great American Cookie Co there as well.

Our three year old’s birthdays party was a success thanks to them. They were very friendly. Our guest absolutely loved the service. The children had tons of fun. Their new location, now offers a party room which was the perfect fit for our event. I would highly recommend them and some of my guest will even be booking events there pretty soon. Thanks again!

It says they close at 11pm. Arrived at 10:40pm. Plenty of time to enjoy some delicious ice cream. Doors were locked and the two employees were finishing mopping the floor. Said they could give us ice cream but no mix-ins. Not worth it. I have a feeling their ice cream is plenty delicious and deserves more stars, like any other Marble Slab, but I wouldn’t know.

I can’t complain about the ice cream because it is delicious. The night shift attention is terrible. We arrived at 9:30 pm (store is supposed to be open to public until 10:00pm) and they already had 1/3 of the Ice cream flavors out of the freezers and they had no cookies.

This Marble Slab has always been one of my go too spots for some quality ice cream. Their cones are delicious along with their assortment of mix ins. I've been to many of these new ice cream shops opening up lately but after trying them my taste buds always prefer this Marble Slab. I believe they're open till 11pm which is great for those late night cravings.
