I’ve been here twice to get ice cream and turned away both times. First time “all the ice cream was melted”. Tonight it was “The ice cream machine in frozen”. What’s the point? Literally why even open the doors?

The employee who took our order was extremely rude and complained about having to make “30 blizzards”. We order 4 mini blizzards. I’m disappointed at the lack of customer service, this employee was very rude. While she was making out order she continued to complain and act very professionally. Then she left left out order on the counter and didn’t tell habit was ready.

Our last 2 visits to Dairy Queen within the last month have been bad. Drive through getting 3 Blizzards each time with very few customers. Both visits we had to pull and wait and our Blizzards were so skimpy on add-ins, about 3/4 full and on both visits they neglected to give us napkins or do the Blizzard “turnover”; and the lady delivering to our car doesn’t even know which Blizzard is which because they all just look like vanilla ice cream. I’ve been visiting this DQ for 3 years and the service and quality has been going downhill at a very rapid rate.

Honestly the worst DQ I have ever been too , the workers are always rushing you except for this sweet old lady who is always nice and just the best one there. Btw they close at 10:00 pm so if you want anything make sure to get there before 8:00pm because they seem to hate when you show up two hours before they close and order something! I guess the spend the last Two or three hours of work trying to close the place idk lol. And even if they aren’t busy you still have to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for you’re melted ice cream/ blizzard to come out. If. I wanted to drink my ice cream I’d melt it myself , and the lady who walked out the orders on 06/14/22 at 8:39 you definitely need a new job you have yet to get anything we have ordered right and I’m sorry if you have had a bad day but it seems that you are having a bad one every time we have come , ps how hard is it to remember how to make a shake or malt

They never have ice cream, they stay running out of it; You’d think they would start ordering more if this was a problem several times. It’s either bad management or they are just lazy and don’t want to get any out of the freezer past 8 pm.

I went to this DQ in the last 3 days and ever time they always forgot 1 thing off my order and everyone else seem to get there orders just fine I am a single father of 2 children and each time they forgot to put my child's food order on there and they always say they didn't ring it up even though it was the first thing said also they try to say they were sorry and try not to make them make it a today was the final straw so I give them 1 star

Wow look at all the 1 stars!! This place should be ashamed to call themselves a Dairy Queen!! Far from the down home quality standards not only I am accustomed to but expect! Location has serious problems, 3/27/22 7pm crew, poor customer service, had to be reminded of missing items on the order and still got it wrong, also microwaved our burgers, even overheard one of the employees saying he was ready to quit! Poor management poor training!!! I assure you this location’s profit line is suffering!! If you don’t wanna work then don’t be there, if nothing changes this will be the next failed DQ in Athens! UPDATE!!! 3/30/22 STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE POWERS THAT BE!!!! WHAT A JOKE!

They messed up the gravy for the steak finger basket. There were no nuts or cherry on or offered for my sundae. The kid behind the counter was clearly looking at the customers like our presence was a problem. My 35 year old daughter spilled her drink and let the staff know. She was handed a small stack of napkins and left to clean it up herself. No effort was made by the staff to even look at the mess much less clean it up. The facility is nice.

I could not find the meat on the hunger buster, when I did it was like card board and dry. A steak finger basket was also ordered, I was told they only had 2, they tried to substitute with 2 chicken. When I asked for a raincheck, all of a sudden the other steak fingers appear in another box. Word to the staff, it's not cool to play with people's food!

I got a belt buster combo and that burger 🍔 was delicious. I asked for fresh fries and they were still ok but not fresh. That’s part of that reason that you guys didn’t reason 5 stars ⭐️ from me. Other than that my burger and milkshake were awesome.
