Visited the Bellaire location and normally we are very satisfied with service and the enormous ice cream servings. Today the service was good, but my husband and I each ordered 3 scoops in a cup and server scooped big and took off half of the scoop to try to level it off. So half of the ice cream was put back in bucket and we ended up with 3 small scoops that probably could have gone in a medium cup.. We were so disappointed with the small amount of ice cream we got for the high price we paid. Therefore we didn't get our money's worth. Don't know if we will visit this one again. Could have gone to grocery store and bought 2 half gallons of blue bell ice cream for the price we paid for a pint.

Live b r. Staff excellent, nice. I often get pints. Great selection. Hubby got today strawberry, banana smoothie. I often check websites and choose my flavors.

I love ice cream! BR is my go to spot as it it near my house. I love how they have different flavors that they add each month, very excited to try them out. When they added some flavors for Stranger Things I thought it was so cool and they tasted so good. Definitely recommend!

Bad costumer service. We come here with kids every week. We had a really bad experience today, my wife took walnut flavor and the walnuts tasted off even a bit old, we went back in the store to exchange the ice cream and instead of understanding/ apologizing she told us “it’s only for people that know how to eat walnuts” and “this is the last time” That is definitely not the customer service I would expect from a place that respects itself. This is definitely the last time I’ll buy there.

Came back here for the first time in a long time and it was not disappointing at all! Great customer service from the staff especially Anthony, even with all the covid rules, he treated us well and was VERY patient with our family. wonderful smile too! definitely coming back here.

Ordered a nutty coconut and Jamoca ice cream on a cup. They serve a good size and the taste is excellent. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Very good experience
