Staff is very slow and dragging , does not greet the customers or even make eye contact. It’s like they are being forced to be here. Nothing like my regular Starbucks . Used the app to call my mobile order in approximately 8 minutes before I pulled in . Waited another 10 minutes before I got my drink . I could she started the drink but kept loving to other orders before she finally my order . I will not be back to this location . Very disappointed . Atmosphere is very sad .

I am not very thrilled about this Starbucks. I didn't think the staff/manager will allow pets resting in the restuarants and dog's hair on the floor. I usually go there after work but around this time the sun is bright very bright in the store because 2 full windows are missing any blinds inside the store. So, the sun is directly looking at you. Customer service is good but maintenance.. not really.

Had a fantastic experience at Starbucks Meyerland Plaza. I have an emotional support dog with me. They were professional, helpful, generous and kind. We both felt welcome. Highly recommend Gerardo, Trystan and Ernesto for their customer service, professional and kindness.

Meyerland plaza Starbucks! Nicely located with ton of parking. Nice patios sitting. Customers service could used a bit more training. You come across some very rude people 😒. Such a shame for a wonderful place. And..what's up with the napkins? They hide them till you asked for it. Lol

The lady taking the order, Sophia, was very rude. She told me to wait at the other end of the counter and didn’t print out my order for other staff to prepare. I wait for more than 15 min and asked other staff. They found out her mistake and gave me my order. After that, I had to ask Sophia to get my receipt. Sophia is the worst staff I ever encountered in any Starbucks store!

Love the place, I usually come here an hour or more before closing (don't worry I don't overstay) and they tend to have a relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoy the Coconut milk latte, it's my favorite drink so far! Did had some hesitation for this drink, but glad I gave it a try.

SERVICE: Not a good experience at all, staff was rude and short. Particularly: Christine (barista). Received someone else’s drink, possibly understaffed. CLEANLINESS: Bathroom, sitting area, condiments counter and exterior of restaurant very dirty and in need of attention. FOOD DISPLAY: Desserts were stacked in a pile and no type of display plates or setup in counter. Skip this location and find another one close by.
