my wife and I buy lunch at this burger King 3 to 4 times a week. We are on a fixed income both retired and this was our little enjoyment that we can afford on our income. Then when we went to pick up our lunch 7/26/22 we were told that they didn't have Senior sodas . We thought that the lady was a new employee so I asked if I could talk to her manager. Then a lady manager talked to me and explained to me that they do not give senior or military discounts anymore. I'm both a veteran and a 81 year old senior citizen and if I wasn't worth a 59 cents soda we can go to McDonald's and get our lunch there from now on. I just wanted to share this with you.

Don’t go here waited 25 minutes for my food after I paid. Worst experience ever. It’s not like gas is expensive or anything. Food was cold

I went through the Drive-thru at this particular Burger King location, and they got my order exactly right! That's much better than every other Burger King I've been to in the past several years. The person taking my order and the person taking the money (it was probably the same person) at the first window of the Drive-thru was courteous and polite and easy to deal with. At the second window, where I picked up my food, the person working that window was completely silent (never said a word), and seemed uninterested in his job. I asked him a question, but he did not respond. Hence only 4-stars for this review.

Me and my son came to this location of Burger King after a while. Looks like it’s a redesigned location. Staff are friendly and smiling to the customers. As the new trend in all the food joints is “drive thru” store pays comparatively less attention on dine in customers. However, they’re trying their best to serve the customers with professionalism and make the customers happy by delivering the order fast and accurate. I appreciate their passion to make customers happy.

Absolutely horrible experience. The manager Kenya (I think her name was Kenya) did not care about our order. We placed an order at the first screen and then pulled up to the payment window. The payment window was closed so we pulled up to the next window (pickup window), she said since we didn’t pay we would have to loop back around in the same line we waited an hour in that was now looped around the store. I offered to pay at the second window which I’ve done in the past and this wasn’t a problem for the cashier either until they couldn’t figure out which order was mine since so many cars had left already. 5 cars in front of me and behind me left the line due to the service today. Not only are they understaffed, the employees have a terrible attitude. I decided to leave and never got my food because I didn’t have the time to stand in line again.

Worst Burger King Ever!!!! The drive through line will make you regret coming here and it's not just once or twice. Every Single Time!!! They need to hire more people. I always come here and leave the place and go to McD instead which is one minute away and they are much faster. Who wants to stand in the drive through line for 30 freaking minutes!!!! Very bad customer service

Once again no receipt with my order. CS was good this time and the food hot. Always have to ask for things, ketchup etc. A kiosk would be nice in this location.

The bus drops me off right next to this Burger King and I thought it would be convenient for a post-work quick bite. When it's open it's fine, standard burger king. Consistently their doors have been locked up hours before posted closing times. Mobile ordered pickup isn't shut off so you go there only to find the door locked, no signs, no employees acknowledging anything. I was tempted to walk around the drive-thru but used my better judgment. Come here during the day if you can, if it's past 7 pm you're flipping a coin to make a post to customer support for a refund unless you're drive thru.
