I walked into Verizon in Havertown a hot mess!! If it was not for JAILENE I would no longer be a verizon customer!!! She was/is the most EXCEPTIONAL professional I have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAILENE if you want to be a TRULY satisfied customer!! Thanks Verizon for having Jailene!

I detest having to get new phone. The store associate, Zach, was a godsend. He diligently transferred my data and went the extra mile. Wonderful, patient and kind young man. He is the reason why I stayed with Verizon.

Chuck was so helpful. I had a problem with a Verizon online order, and was quite upset that I had not been notified about a phone that was, in fact, not in stock. Chuck was so apologetic and figured out a way for me to leave the store with a new phone in hand. He took care of everything and was patient and kind. He was also very helpful to the other customers in the store and on the phone while still helping me. I will definitely make the long drive to that store in the future, just to have that kind of customer service.

We, as 7 people wanted to switch our T-Mobile family plan to Verizon. But some of us were not there, so you can understand how hard to collect all the information and apply it. But “Magda Tavico” was sooo detail oriented, organized and creative how to solve the problems. She was kind, respectful and patient. I purchase the phone at this store today and the experience was awesome. Chuck, technician and owner spent 2 hours listening to me and understanding my needs.He then equipped me with a device that was a great fit and surprisingly affordable.He was honest, patient and had a great deal of knowledge if I could give him 10 Stars I would!
