The young man behind the counter was very knowledgeable and quickly pointed out the issue with my grandson’s Nintendo Switch left-side joystick...even showing my grandson the reset button he could press if the issue ever arises again. I'm very thankful for the store's help.

Experiences have been really good generally. However, make sure you look at the recent discounts on the main GameStop homepage before heading in. I was once recommended a pre-owned game for $5 off the original full price by someone who seemed to be the most senior level worker there. That would have been a helpful suggestion in most cases, except the game was on early black Friday sale for $30 off for a brand new copy.

Came here and traded in some old play station games. The clerk was cheerful and knowledgeable. I was looking for some old school games for my legacy console, but they didn't have any in stock. Still, it was good to see this place is still in business.

Nice neighborhood GS, stocked with the essential games, hardware and collectibles. I asked a staff member about the availability of a particular item. Instead of looking it up like they normally do, they gave me an answer that pretty much let me know they had no idea what I was inquiring about. It was nice to visit a location that had all of the clearance items neatly organized in the back instead of crowding the entrance area. I recommend stopping by to have a chat with the staff about your favorite games or picking up some hard to resist licensed merch.

Have been shopping here for many years, and have only had a handful of poor experiences across dozens of transactions, and it was usually the faults of individual employees who seemed to get fired or quit rather shortly after initially meeting them. Great establishment, employees in particular are probably the greatest part of the experience here, they are as helpful as they can possibly be and are completely willing to have an amicable conversation with you if there are no other people that require help. Their employees are not helpful, trade-in value for unopened games was $40 less than we paid for them several days before, and we always leave the store with more work to do. Policies are always ridiculous for trade-ins and bundles, save some time and buy/sell in some other store. Grant in particular treated me like a child.
