I dropped off an Amazon return on 7/17/2022. The return receipt said it would be picked up on 7/18/2022. I went to the store on 7/22/2022 to see the reason why the package wasn't shipped out. They were not very helpful and said they weren't responsible for the pickup. Don't bring your Amazon returns to this location and avoid the headaches.

I live in Montgomery County and chose to visit this store on Sunday because of the reviews. I had a not so pleasant experience at the UPS store near my home and refuse to go back. I needed to use UPS to send something to a family member. I read the reviews of many in the Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. This store in Havertown had the best reviews for customer service that I found! When I went to the store on Sunday, I was very happy to find that they definitely deserved all of the positive reviews. The two guys in the store were extremely patient. I had an address issue and they worked together to help get my package where it needed to be. People who don't have a lot of experience with shipping outside of the USPS can feel intimidated by the process. If anyone feels this way and sees this review, go to this Havertown store. You will be happy you did. Thank you guys! Your manager should be proud.

After few days the owner and I was able to some what resolve the case. Although the package was not found, the owner did best he could to find the package. I was just bit frustrated and worried as there was no update about it. Other than that, I am satisfied with the service the store has provided. I wish best for the owner during the hard time. . . . . . . ________________________________________ 8/22/2020 "I'm writing this review to try to resolve the on going issue that has been going on over the past 3 months. I'm trying to get some online representative to help my case if it is possible since in person efforts so far has shown no results. I put my entire situation below. I sent a package on May 12th, custom made silver necklace, and was supposed to be delivered next day, however, the package was not delivered. So week after sending the package I return to ask and was told was probably lost. They told me that they can send a missing package report so I agreed and left. A week passed and I was getting worried as I did not get any email from the store, so I visited them again (June 3rd) and I was told that the report takes about a week to go through and another extra 6 weeks for me to retrieve the insurance on the missing package. I did not want to bother too much so I accepted and waited. 7 weeks passed and still no email of any kind. So I tried to call UPS customer service but got a recorded message saying, due to Covid, live customer service was unavailable. I then tried to make claim online but because package has been missing so long, I could not do that either. As last effort I emailed through the UPS website. Few days later I got a respond saying that there was no open missing package report in their record! I visited the store for the 3rd time to somewhat resolve the issue but I was told only the owner could make a missing package reports. I was told that the owner will call me on the following Monday. So I waited for the call till 6pm, until I had to call myself. Owner answered the phone and told me was busy and did not get to the case. I have not heard from the owner since. I tried what I can but I just feel like I was pushed aside. I was patient with them but its been over 3 months and I am frustrated. Thank you for reading my point."

0 out of 0 if it was possible! WORST experience I’ve ever had at any UPS Store I have ever visited. They have the Rudest staff that I’ve encountered to date! They were not helpful in the slightest bit, and honestly very smug towards me. It is honestly embarrassing to call them my local store. ( AVOID AT ALL COST!!!)

When I drove up recently, I am handicapped, and one of the staff came outside to help me exit the car and took my package! I have found this store’s staff willing to go beyond the call of duty to help me. I have found the same courteous attention on the phone as well. Great place!

Kelly and Scott are amazing. Having purchased a vintage chair off Ebay, I had to find a way to ship it across country. I called as they were busy shipping Christmas gifts to ask if I could have the chair delivered to their store. They were happy to receive it and we agreed to take care of it after the holidays. Kelly called in between Christmas and New Year's with a quote to pack and ship this chair. The price seemed to high to me so I asked her if she could take the chair apart and ship it in a smaller box. Sure enough Scott took it apart, they wrapped it beautifully (no damage) and taped the screws to the bottom of the seat. It arrived the day after New Year's in perfect shape for half the price of sending it in one piece. Remarkable service. Thank you! I highly recommend this UPS Store. Kelly and Scott are honest, quick, dependable and smart.

It's great having a local UPS store here in Havertown. I am a small business owner and receive and send a ton of packages! I have never had an issue with loss or damage. The staff there is always helpful and pleasant. They go out of their way to be of assistance!!

I needed to ship a used computer to a company that offered me almost $500 to buy it. To ensure it would get there safely, I brought it to this UPS Store to have it packaged and shipped. Needless to say, the item was damaged in the process resulting in considerably less being given to me for the computer, not to mention the high price to package it (over $50, which did not include shipping)! After pursuing an insurance claim, UPS wrote back indicating that there were "deficiencies in the packaging that was for this shipment." Now, the UPS Store gets paid for packaging, the computer is kept and reused by the company, and UPS gets paid for shipping. Who loses out? The little guy – me. Very disappointing all around.

Corporate UPS failed to deliver a timely and pricey package but I visited the UPS store where it was originally sent from and Bill/owner assured me that a fair and reasonable credit would be provided to me....that was about 6 unresponded phone calls and over 9 months ago. What business owner doesn't respond to phone calls?
