Scheduled a pickup. UPS showed up, but never rang the doorbell. I know this because the ring cam showed him dropping off the “sorry to have missed you” note. Thanks for nothing.

This store is the absolute worse! Showed up to send a package and guess what… they are not open AGAIN. Store hours posted says they open at 9 AM on Saturday. It’s 11:30 AM and nothing. There is also no signs posted. UPS do better!

Got here at 12:50PM on Saturday (7/23/2022) and an employee just entered the establishment to open. They are supposed to open at 9AM on Saturdays. When I asked the gentleman why are they opening so late, he didn't respond and walked in. Not okay.

Horrible! 1st ! - They lost my Amazon return, and I got charged again since the item wasn’t delivered. 2d! - They delivered back to my address the item that I dropped off for return. Twice bad experience!

Every time I've been there, the staff has been really fantastic. The operation seems to run smoothly, everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant, and they're always willing to help (e.g., box is ripped and you need some tape). If every UPS Store ran this way, the whole company would have a 90+ NPS rating! Shout out to Theo, Rafeeq, Antionia, Ricky, and Tyree who make that place run so smoothly.

Ghetto. Customer service is way below satisfactory except the one time I had a good experience and I go there often because it’s close. Might start to go to the location a little further to get good customer service.

I cannot even begin to convey the frustration I have with this place. The first two times I went there, the staff were inattentive and extremely rude. Now, recently, they sent two pieces of artwork to the entirely wrong address and even to the wrong city. Rather than send someone from UPS to go pick up the artwork from the person's house, they are sending the recipient a shipping label and having them send it back out. They promised me yesterday they would be following up on it and get back to me today and guess what? No follow up. I will never ever give that place business again, or perhaps even UPS at all.

Avoid. this place at all costs tried to return Amazon package here hasn’t been shipped and it’s been 3 weeks. Every time I call different employees tell me different things like it’s been shipped or it’s in the warehouse or Amazon takes 2 weeks to refund lies it looks like it got lost before it even shipped or was stolen and they simply don’t care enough to call me back even though they told me they would yesterday after investigated. Horrible experience

Been doing business here until my package came up missing, til this day nothing still ! The worker sent my Package that is worth $1400 to the wrong address! UPS claims they are still investigating it’s been 2 1/2 months now. So now I’m taking it in my own hands and taking them to small claims court. UPDATE UPS cut me a check after 5 months.

I am only giving them a 1-star rating because the 2 female staff today need to improve their customer service immensely. While I understand that delays happen due to various reasons, I see no reason as to why attending to me should be delayed at mid-service. I was annoyed that multiple customers who had packages to drop off were attended to first and I was made to wait at the counter. After all this, the staff tried to dismiss me when the service was incomplete. I was ordered to leave on the counter my unboxed package with the return label which I printed at home. I tried to tell the staff that I prefer to watch her place my package in the box which I purchased from her, seal the box with tape, secure my return label on the box, and hand me a drop-off package receipt, but she insisted that I leave my package as is. I asked her to hand me the box which I purchased from her so I can box the package and affix the label, but even this was denied. She continued to ignore me until the other staff stepped in to do as I asked. I think it is my right as a customer to receive the minimum service that I deserve. I will only return to this place if I am desperate enough to do so.
