Best freight forwarding service in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I cannot even begin to convey the frustration I have with this place. The first two times I went there, the staff were inattentive and extremely rude. Now, recently, they sent two pieces of artwork to the entirely wrong address and even to the wrong city. Rather than send someone from UPS to go pick up the artwork from the person's house, they are sending the recipient a shipping label and having them send it back out. They promised me yesterday they would be following up on it and get back to me today and guess what? No follow up. I will never ever give that place business again, or perhaps even UPS at all. ~Becca
