We, as 7 people wanted to switch our T-Mobile family plan to Verizon. But some of us were not there, so you can understand how hard to collect all the information and apply it. But “Magda Tavico” was sooo detail oriented, organized and creative how to solve the problems. She was kind, respectful and patient. The young man behind the counter was very knowledgeable and quickly pointed out the issue with my grandson’s Nintendo Switch left-side joystick...even showing my grandson the reset button he could press if the issue ever arises again. I'm very thankful for the store's help. ~David
