Today we went there for a quick lunch. It’s so frustrating that the employees are not paying attention to their customers and instead they keep talking to each other. I waited for a long time to order and finally someone came to the counter. I couldn’t use the order kiosk because that wasn’t working for unknown reasons. When my food arrived it was incomplete. They didn’t bring my soda as nowadays they don’t have the soda machines out there. I have to request them several times to get my soda. Don’t recommend this location. 👎👎

Friendly. Fast service AND they don't insist that you place your order via kiosk. Hate kiosks. I prefer human contact, human customer service.

I’ve been here twice in recent times and I’ve had very pleasant experiences both times and I’ve dined in both times, I would definitely come back again but the one thing I will say is that from what I see this is a popular hang out for teenagers so if you’re not one for loud and rowdy teenagers while eating then your best option is drive thru or pick up/to go ordering at this location. But other than that the service is pretty good and I would go back again.

Has a person just passing through, I didn’t like their service too much. Probably it’s just timing.. my coffee wasn’t hot enough. Didn’t get enough sauce…simple stuff. But needs to be addressed.

The service here is always fine. Staff is nice and friendly. Wouldn't recommend going when it's too busy as orders do take longer.

I'm not a frequent McDonald's customer. However the few times i ordered from here. I usually just order the lrg ff. They are almost always cold and old. I'm assuming they do not clean their oil often. Giving the customer stale tasting ff. Disgusting!!! 🤮 I have asked for fresh ff when ordering. Unfortunately i have never received fresh. Not a happy customer.

Everytime I go here there's never a problem, always friendly staff. Such a relief from McDonald's in philly. Today my fries were super fresh, hot and crispy😋. And shocker, the ice cream machine works!

This is the worst mcdonalds to go to please for the love of God don't order/eat here. I ordered food through grubhub and not only was my food cold it was also prepared wrong and undercooked.

Food was wrong from the beginning. Ice cold fries. Got cheeseburgers without patties. Female manager with glasses had the worst attitude. Brought back the food for it to be remade and waited over 45 mins and still didnt get it. Had to go back through drive through to ask why is it taking so long and it wasn't even being made. So I asked for my refund and the female manager was giving me a hard time and didnt want to. I will not be going back there. Beware.
