Great team work and professional. I was made aware of all the repairs that need to get done and I didn't feel pressured. The mechanic let me know the essential repairs for my safety. I'm happy to say that service has greatly improved, especially since the manager is back, that was there when I first started going over 10yrs ago. I get a full explanation of charges and pricing prior to any work being done. The desk guys are cordial and customer friendly and the mechanics do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. I've been coming to Midas in Upper Darby for a year now and am pleased every time I come. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful! I don't really know much about cars; but what I absolutely love the best about this shop is that they are so honest about what really is necessary to have addressed with my car. Other places have tried to coerce me into getting work done right away that could have waited. This Upper Darby shop lets me know how long I can drive my car before I'm going to have a real problem. They don't try to force a sale, and I LOVE that about them!!! I highly recommend them for future service!!!

First of let me say I was extremely cautious because of the reviews. I had to get a new tire immediately due to a bubble being present. I had no other option, but to go here. Armando was extremely nice , knowledgeable and caring. He got my car in and out within the hour. I would recommend this Midas as long as Armando is employed. Thank you ! Service: Tires

Took my car for a break job to this place and the estimate came up to @ $1750 Out of that @ $700 in labor @ $70 in fees. It's a break job not transmission exchage. I've gotten an estimate but for sure did not let them fix it. People talk nice, and that's the only thing that's good about the place.

The manager in this place is beyond unprofessional! They had my cousin car for 3 days and kept giving her the run around and the manager I believe his name is Joe and all he did was smile in my cousin face and argue with her! Very reliable very quick and probably one of the few places that knows how to fix my Vans truck exhaust and do it right without a problem at a great price with very quick service in and out. I have used this Midas shop over many decades. And many cars and trucks. Got my tires changed here - the mechanics and staff who regularly work here are super nice and good at their jobs. I will say that there was some kind of upper management guy stopping through that was really in my face but I'm assuming he's not usually in there so I'll probably go back to get my brakes fixed.
