Twice went there to pay bill immediately got a reason why she couldn't take payment (service is down, already shut down-when seen looking at hours on door, said has a family emergency) im not unsympathetic, but felt cold n calculating and to be honest felt a lil racist, my wife similar experience there, don't know wifes time but mine was closing today(sunday) Feb 20

Very nasty rep. Un-professional for no reason. Gave attitude as soon as i hit the door. Had 2 file complaint because of the unbelievable rudeness. I would not recommend this location. Go to the clifton Heights location. They are very respectable & pleasant!

I just tried to go to the store to make a purchase and the store is closed although it states the store closes at 8:00 during the week and today is a Thursday and it's only 5:13! The lights are on but the door is locked and no one is answering the phone.

Been a Metro customer for almost 2 and 1/2 years now but finding the experience in these shops more and more of a drag. To be greeted by workers who rarely smile and who veritably appear ready to charge me $15. for just looking at them is no joke. What's with all the things Metro can't do too. Bought a new unlocked phone and took it to Metro on my last visit to transfer my Sim from Metro phone; no can do; well sorta, but I'd have to get a new number and the dreaded $15. Why not upgrade this fourth Metro phone to another phone in the store with special 50-70%savings on the price of the new phone - and... you guessed it - the stinking $15. upgrade fee. These $15 dollars are obviously commission fees for the workers. Where is Z at, the last kid that waved this oppressive cut-throat fee at his discretion and did two years of repeated business with me with significant tips. Which Z they ask me, seven times removed from that guy who had personality and more business acumen than the whole cooperate Metro. Metro needs a new business model fast.

Horrible service . Extremely loud and profanity filled music (DMX)playing in store with young children in the store had to ask them to turn it down just so could hear what the rather rude and poorly train so called employee less than 4 feet in front of me was trying to say. 45 minutes later told didn't have phone that we had came in for even though its on display here's a thought if you don't have the stupid phone take it off display don't wait till you've aggravated the customer with very poor customer service only to at the end just say well we don't have that phone. My family will never go into a so called authorized dealer ever again we will stick to the corporate store never had any problems going to corporate store on macdade blvd

I had to knock on the door to get a half-baked answer. I chose not to leave a bad review, but then today I called and had a few questions and the girl rushed me off of the phone. Their customer service sucks.
