He immediately asked if we needed help and he got right to it,He was very Knowledgeable and took his time to explain things to me, He even helped me save some coins by applying for AARP and getting discounts. I was waited on immediately And I really appreciated the sales rep asking me to return to the store so they help me reset my old phone properly before returning the Phone as a trade-in. deleting any Personal data on the old Phone. She could have let me do it on my oun when I left out. She didn't and I really appreciated her for that.

People are great, spent until now 3 Sims, beg customer service to text instructions (att will not text customer's, even if they cannot receive phone call). Today after week and half with no phone, we are porting the line to T-MOBILE.
