Staff is super friendly. Great service! Rob is absolutely amazing. Today I took my son in to get some treats and rob just made our day! We love our Starbucks! Thank you again Rob!!!!! It’s the little things.

This location is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. And trust me I love Starbucks!!!! And been to many other@ not just in the U.S. It seems that they are always mad, no one ever say good morning or good afternoon or welcome or hi. NOTHING!!!!! One time I came in for my mobile order and waited for my order to done. Well I stood there for almost 15min when it was slow they were just talking among themselves. And they saw me standing there. Until I said something. I’ve worked in customer service for years. All it takes is the 10 foot rule. Look me, say hello to me and thank me. So damn simple or look up and say we will be right with you. It’s an acknowledgment!! Other Starbucks have it packed down!!!

I’ve left and had not gotten all of my order and just had to live with it. I ordered 15 ahead of time and they did my order wrong so they made me pull up and I waited 5 minutes on the side for them to just come out and hand me my drink with an attitude.

I’m very boring and always order the same drink. I get the salted caramel cream cold brew and I don’t know if it’s a personal preference or if other people care about this but they always give me the lid with the small mouth piece instead of the nitro lid with the bigger opening. Those bigger lids are meant for nitro drinks or ones with the foam on top. I ALWAYS ask for the nitro lid. Other Starbucks locations put on the nitro lid but this location never does.

I ordered the bacon breakfast sandwich with Gouda cheese. Bacon was ok and not crispy, did not seem like it was cooked. But that was ok because they put someone else’s breakfast sandwich in my bag. It was ok, the Impossible Sandwich. So I guess I should be happy because I got something to eat.

Always enjoy Starbucks...doesnt everybody? This man allowed me to take his picture. This is Robert at the FM78 store. This guy makes the BEST hot Chai Latte ever!! The walzem store we used to go to for two years, after a few times of paying and waiting inside for a half hour, and having such incompetent people now, because the good ones left, and NOBODY knows how to make a real chai latte….we are going to drive farther to FM 78 and pray Robert is working!!

The employees at this location are definitely my favorite! They always make a point to talk to you, and serve you with great, and positive customer service. The coffee is always spot on too!❤️ they have no control over shortages of staff, and items being out of stock, but their suggestions for replacement syrups in some of my drinks have become my new favorites! Thanks guys 😃
