I had came into to ask a few questions about my phone and Adam and Ahmed were very helpful friendly very nice and caring people.... They helped me out a lot not only with just my question but they went out there way to look into my account and since i was with the phone that I had for over a year they gave me an opportunity to give me brand new newer phone with a green protector for $50 .... I will always be comibg here for everything... Love these guys.....

I cannot even begin the scam “deal” I had received by metro but I recently went here to turn off my service because I went to sprint for better service and she had brought her kid to work leaving it in a baby carrier behind her, then had food right beside her and kept being rude and staring at me and my mom even though I told her the right 8 PIN number 3 times already. I’m sorry but it’s all very unprofessional at every metro
