Less than a week after leasing my car... I am already having motor issues with my vehicle!!! I specifically said to the salesman when he asked what type of vehicle I was looking for "Small to mid size... It doesn't not matter as long as it's in my budget and NOT falling apart!" His response was " We only sell quality vehicles. My mechanics thoroughly go over each one before it is sold." Well that was absolutely the biggest line of BS known to mankind OR my 2 year old grandson would do a better job than his mechanics!!!!

We got a 2009 Honda Civic and a couple spark plugs are miss firing and they got the vehicle in the same day we were down there and Dylan said that it needs a tune up and didn't do the tune up just went in the car and Dylan said that there was nothing wrong with the car and it's even inspected we're not happy right now especially since we have a 4 months old that needs transportation. All I can say is be very careful on getting vehicles from here

This place is simply a bait and switch. They claim it only goes solely by your income but they still pull your credit to verify "residency and employment" if thats the case then why am i bringing in a bill to prove my address and paystubs for income. the reason you shouldnt trust any dealership another thing is they dont have bathrooms for public use, a dealer is one of the businesses where you spend 1+ hour at the least, doesnt make sense why there isnt a bathroom. otherwise they were fairly polite and didnt keep me waiting too long

I came to car lotta with no more options and I worked with Dylan Wallace and was able to get into a great car. He was willing to work with me on everything and I couldn’t believe how thorough he was. Truly amazing service, I would recommend them to anyone. On top of that I came back two weeks later to Co Sign for a friend and was able to get a second vehicle hassle free. I have been with these guy thru 4 car, there’s always a problem. To get it fix you have to wait when there ready. Then comes the bills pile up and carlotta don’t give you a break. This is the last time I’ll deal with them, I have two teens in need of a Vehicle I’m going to planet auto.

From the very beginning Dylan was a great salesman, I didn't have a lot of money for a down payment and I needed a specific kind of car for driving about 100miles a day. Without a problem and upfront with pricing, he got me in a car that I liked with affordable payments. Love this place!
