We bought our first Lexus in December of 2021. Loved it. After some time realized I didn’t want/need the large SUV and wanted to downsize. Traded it in with ease and very little money down and Just bought my second Lexus. Tony was our salesman through it all and he was amazing!!

Jake Mansfield was wonderful to work with. He actually got us $1600 more vs another dealer on our trade, and couldn't beat the $700 incentive added on top of that (when no one in the industry is giving incentives currently due to low inventory) Not to mention, they had the exterior color (white) and interior (red leather) plus a whole lot of additional "bells and whistles." We love our 2021 Lexus NX 300. Thanks Jake, we appreciate the service you provided.

Tony and the staff provide great service and a smooth transaction. Their facility is amazing with very friendly people. The vehicle we bought had many smaller items fixed or replaced before it was put up for sale, which shows their service department goes over their trade-ins with a fine tooth comb. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. At other dealerships I've left feeling like I've been in a mental fight with the sales person. This was actually an enjoyable experience. I will keep an eye on their lot for our next purchase!

A great car buying experience. No pressure from first contact, test ride and final delivery. I’ve purchased quite a few cars over the years and not always has it been very pleasant. This deal was very satisfying and the car even at five years old looked perfect. Great job to my salesman Tony Seyfert for professionally demonstrating all the Lexus features and also to Cory when doing all the paperwork.

I was able to book an appointment to see a listed car within 10 minutes of sending an email. Lucas, Adam and the rest of the staff were professional, courteous and respectful of my requests and time. I drove an hour and forty minutes & I would do it again. Extremely pleased with the deal I got. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want but still kept me informed of my options. They were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. Our issue was resolved quickly. We originally thought that our vehicle would require a part costing over $850.00, with labor costs additional. But our advisor suggested that we invest in a professional mechanical diagnosis. We made the deal for our new Lexus RX350 all by phone with Lucas. He was excellent in every way. Great deal, excellent communication via phone, text and email made buying this car seamless. It was worth the 4hour drive round trip. Cody in Finance was also wonderful to work with and he did a great job explaining options but did not push or hard sell. That was appreciated. This is a beautiful new facility with a bright, clean appearance. Nice waiting lounge and quiet room. I highly recommend Bobby Rahal Lexus in Lancaster and ask for Lucas in sales.
