I researched a lot before buying my 2019 Ford F150. Ryan was there to assist me and was not pushy or forceful on anything. They recognized my preparation and were able to assist me very well. Just went into Twin Pines Ford dealership and I had a mindset of what I want and my representative Ryan did a great job telling me about their dealership, how they operate, and being honest. He then shows me two trucks that I was interested in and had test drove. Overall my experience here was great. He told me all about each truck that I looked at. Honest fax and very respectful. Purchasing our vehicle from Twin Pine Ford was a great experience! You are provided the opportunity to walk around and look at the cars WITHOUT being swarmed by high pressure sales staff, but everyone is very helpful the second you have a question or need any type of assistance. The best part of our experience was the test drive. We were allowed to take a test drive on our own (without sales staff), permitting us to test the features of the car and feel confident in our decision to purchase. I can't thank the staff enough for the excellent customer service - Ryan and Alex were fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Tony & Angie were absolutely a joy to work with! Tony made sure I was offered an amazing trade in amount for my 2016 Nissan Rouge.
