Great environment. They don’t push the sale and let the customer soak in the experience. The prices are relatively competitive and they looked at all options to get me to monthly payment target, including my trade. I would go back there again for my next car. My salesman Jeremy was great along with the rest of the staff. This is the picture of my “new” X3 parking at my house.

Great salesperson, Jeremy! Had to go back and forth on two different trucks and Jeremy was very responsive and attentive to the process. I had a lot of questions which be quickly got answers to (sometimes within minutes). Mark Martin has a very nice selection of late model high end trucks and suvs and was very easy and friendly to work with.

I was looking for bigger truck found what I was looking for at Mark Martin Motors . I called since I live 2 hrs away they answered all my questions gave me trade price on phone did all financial had every thing ready if I decided to get the truck.So l went Saturday got there Jeremy the salesman met me at the truck I was looking at and said we have a problem he said the wind shield has a Crack in it but don't worry we will fix at no cost and you don't have to bring truck back we will set the appointment to come to you if he wouldn't of pointed the Crack out I would of not saw it.i very much appreciated that.and the appointment is already set up for new wind shield. Jeremy realy helped me out he even gave me more for my trade in than what he quoted me on the phone. I would definitely do business with them again and I would ask for Jeremy

I just purchased a 2018 Ford F150 Lariat from Mark Martin motors and I can honestly say it was by far the easiest and most stress free car purchase I have ever had. Jordan Good (my sales person) was very accommodating, did not pressure me, answered all my questions and put me at ease during the entire process. Mark Martin had the exact truck I wanted, but I live in Minnesota so I purchased the truck site unseen. Jordan took a walk around video for me, so I could be assured it was in great condition, which it was (its immaculate). I was very concerned buying a car from another state without driving or seeing it but Jordan did everything he could to ensure I could remain confident that I was getting nothing but a perfect truck. The entire Mark Martin team is absolutely fantastic, and they are now my dealer of choice and I will absolutely look to buy my next truck from them. I only wish they were located in Minnesota so they could service my truck as well. :-) Lastly, I wish all used car dealerships were like Mark Martin and focused on customer service and No haggle pricing. This was my first time buying a vehicle by myself. Jeremy was very nice and helped me so much through the whole process. He was fast and efficient as well because we were on a time restraint due to me having to go back to work. 10/10 would buy a truck from them again. I am so happy with the truck and they had so many other options as well! This was the least stress I ever felt buying a vehicle and I didn’t even have my parents with me to help me along the way.
