Jake Mansfield was wonderful to work with. He actually got us $1600 more vs another dealer on our trade, and couldn't beat the $700 incentive added on top of that (when no one in the industry is giving incentives currently due to low inventory) Not to mention, they had the exterior color (white) and interior (red leather) plus a whole lot of additional "bells and whistles." I had a problem with my motorhome having been told that the front axle was likely bent. I called and made a 7 AM appointment at 7 AM I was talking to the tech who then took my motorhome in for service. After a thorough checking out on their alignment rack I was relieved to find that my axle stop it in by 930 I was back on the road. Everyone at the shop was very nice and made my stay comfortable. ~b

Nice selection but poor service. I was ready to purchase a new bedroom set for our new home. I am a young female who came without my husband, and not one sales associate offered to help me. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with this treatment in this area. I got a few passing hellos but more than one associate would walk past me to get to other older customers or couples to ask if they needed help with finding anything. And there were no lack of free associates either, standing around without customers or rearranging pillows. I even sought out two different associates with questions and got brief answers, with no offer for help. I was made to feel as if I were taking away their precious time from “real customers.” Shame on them. ~Janice

During the day it can get pretty busy in the parking lot and gas stations. At night the gas station lighting is very well lit. Not many cars or people. You feel safe. Local cops frequent here for patrol or quick stop for donuts. Overall nice people work here and I haven't had any issues over the years. MTO order quickness is a mixed bag at times. Besides, this place has lots of shoppers during the daytimes. Deserves a 5 star review. ~Jesse

Exceptionally friendly and helpful. We needed a quart of paint to do some touch up but they were out of stock...they put a note on my account to call me when they received the next delivery. Just got that phone call today and while the delivery never came (supply chain issues!), they had reached out to another store and found what we needed and are having it sent to them. What great service!!! Love how they keep your selections on file (who actually remembers what color gray/beige you used 3 years ago??). ~Melissa
