Exceptionally friendly and helpful. We needed a quart of paint to do some touch up but they were out of stock...they put a note on my account to call me when they received the next delivery. Just got that phone call today and while the delivery never came (supply chain issues!), they had reached out to another store and found what we needed and are having it sent to them. What great service!!! Love how they keep your selections on file (who actually remembers what color gray/beige you used 3 years ago??).

Tried to collect way too much personal information from me before selling paint. I just wanted a gallon of paint and they said they needed my name, address, phone and e-mail or else I wouldn’t get “the best price”. The worker was knowledgeable about paint and answered all my questions, but trying to buy my contact info with a promised discount isn’t cool.

Great customer service! They are knowledgeable and quite helpful. Service was fast! They are geared for homeowners and business owners alike. Look for the sales they have online. Usually 20-30% off. The sales happen every 3 or so months throughout the year. That’s the best time to buy. I will be back. (Ephrata location)

Paint goes on the walls well with nice coverage. Low odor. It wears well over time. SW always seems to offer some type of discount which is much appreciated since it costs a bit more.

I had a good shopping experience here, though the outside signage referring to faux paint techniques isn't quite accurate. Their faux-painting-technique section appears to have vanished. I went in for a latex glaze mix. Both of the clerks I spoke with were polite and professional. The first wasn't sure what I meant and referred me to the next. The second told me that the trends have moved away from faux anything, so they don't stock it anymore. He did find some cans of glaze medium in the back (which were discounted), so this shopping trip was successful. The store was strangely clean - more like a nice restaurant than a paint store.
