Very rude employee in the pharmacy drive through. She's not just having one bad day - she’s hostile and argumentative with the most simple questions every time I pick up my medications. It seems that she doesn’t like her job. It’s too bad as other people that work there are very kind.

The staff in the pharmacy is very rude and nasty when you call. Before I could explain what my issue was she interrupted me and placed me on hold with no warning. When she returned to the line she dismissed my concern and said that I needed to call my doctor with no explanation. Individuals with this type of attitude should not be in this field of work.

I had a confirmed appointment for a COVID booster and they wouldn’t give it to me because they quickly scanned my forehead and said my temperature was 99.3. The nurse wouldn’t retake it. I went down the street to Publix and bought a standard thermometer and my temp was normal. What a waste of time.

I'd give this CVS pharmacy a zero-star rating if I could. I'll give them one star since I can't offer them zero, even if they don't deserve it. Angel, assuming that is her true name, answering the phone with such arrogance is uncalled for and disrespectful. She will not listen to your request; instead, she will listen in order to answer. Angel talked over me the entire time, and when I asked why, she abruptly forwarded me to a manager before I could finish my sentence. I've never had a bad experience with CVS service, much alone a pharmacy. Raquel, the pharmacist, is also a nasty person. Her attitude was equally as terrible, to the point where I wished I was speaking with her in person rather than over the phone. This is only an issue over the phone; they aren't nearly as horrible in person at the store. I've never had a bad encounter with a pharmacy like this in my life. I will be contacting corporate.

Everyone working here that I encountered was professional. I don't know why someone said Olivia is rude, she is not. She helped me so very much. The pharmacy staff is overworked though and so they were very slow with my prescription today. Would've given 5 stars but the slowness made it not so. Would go here again though. Would also recommend!

Olivia at the front counter is rude and unprofessional. I called about getting an OTC rapid COVID test to which her response was “I have customers in front of me you can drive over and see what we have.” I had been to four other CVS stores before then and all had the same test (one that was not rapid) so I tried asking her if she could quickly give me the name. Her response was the same. I drove to the store and got there and the test was the same one I could not use. She directed me to the back of the store saying they do rapid test. I waited to speak to the woman behind the pharmacy desk and she told me Olivia was mistaken. On my way out I said “they do not offer rapid testing in the back” to which she responded “I told you we do them at the drive through CVS not in the back. I’m just trying to help you out.” I’m not sure why I would’ve walked to the back if I had been told to go to a CVS with a drive through. She was yelling this at me while in front of other customers. So much that one customer had to step backwards in order to not have her ear screamed in. CVS do better during your hiring process.

This CVS was great! The pharmacy technician and pharmacist where both very friendly and helpful. My out of state insurance did not cover the prescription so they put on a discount. The store was clean and there were a lot of items on sale. They even have vibrators and other sex toys if you are into that thing (not sure this is necessarily a good thing to be put out where everyone including children can see but still 5 stars for the exceptional service).

The regular staff at this location is great. Unfortunately, the pharmacy staff is awful! I was not advised that a prescription had been filled two weeks prior and when I called to inquire on the status of said prescription the “pharmacists” were rude and impatient. They consistently cut me off mid sentence and seemed to be annoyed that they had to do their jobs. This will be the last time I spend my money at this location (which happens to be less than a minute drive from my home) - I’d rather drive a little farther for better customer service.

I would like to preface this post by saying the regular CVS staff at this location are excellent. Those working in the pharmacy however are not. They did not call me first to let me know they weren't going to fill with brand. Then, when we went to pick it up, they said they would need to order it. They called minutes later saying they found some. They were set to close in 2 minutes. I asked if we turn around and go back, would they still be there, she said "no, we close at 6, but your husband just left." By that point it was 1 minute away from closing! How am I supposed to call him, he turn around, and be able to get inside in 1 minute. What a joke and so rude. Would it really be so hard to stay an extra 2 minutes when you made the mistake saying you were out of the medication? I see many reviewers have had similar experiences, and it says a lot that this location does not appear to be responding to any poor reviews to try to rectify the situation.

I went to your Clinic today and met with Denise. She was so professional and very kind. In spite of her not feeling well, she took me in and took great care of me diagnosing me with the flu. Sadly people that were trying to sign in and see this great employee were turned away because Denise had a fever and needed to go home. CVS, please take care of your employees, like Denise and your customers by providing a back up nursing staff should these things occur. You are a valued part of a community , so please listen to this comment. Regards Donna
