My “regular” CVS didn’t have a prescription that I needed. They searched internally and told me to check with the Emory Point location. I called and Pharmacist Andre Mackey answered the phone. He searched and told me they indeed had what I needed. Can you believe he had my prescription ready in 10 minutes? He even walked my prescription out to the car for me (this location doesn’t have a drive-thru). I wasn’t feeling well at all. I wanted everyone to know what an angel in a white coat Dr Mackey was to me that day. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Dr Mackey!!

Because the service here is always professional, friendly and personalized, I have been coming here for years! (This is so even though after I moved it is no longer the closest CVS to me). Josh and the whole pharmacy team are truly fantastic!

The cleanest and friendliest CVS I’ve ever visited with a better than usual selection of items and logical organization. Also has a MinuteClinic run by very kind and professional people. Excellent consideration for the health and well-being of others.

Over all this cvs is fine. However I’m tired of companies putting their name all over something & using it for good PR but the way he. Something goes wrong They say oops we have no control over that, they’re completely separate from us, even though our name is al over it & it’s in our store. Im referring to the clinic. I was supposed to have an appointment today but when I typed in what was actually the closest store too me the website decided to send me to one over 3 miles alway. I didn’t bother to double check the address & that’s my fault but in my defense I know how distance works so I naturally assumed people smarter than myself that built the site & the doctors would too. They do not, noted. So I have to wait till tomorrow to fix my problem also enough with the long recordings. I couldn’t even get through to the clinic cause the recording goes on literally for ever, rambling like an old woman. I can’t prove it but I swear I heard the recording say ‘and why don’t the kids call?’ CVS is known for their too involved voice messages but this was ridiculous. Again the store itself is fine but the system & the connection between cvs & the clinic is *%#* $£ Plus don’t trust the website cause it’ll send you to Kathmandu. Don’t know what tomorrow will bring but over all the clinic gets a half a star. Go to an urgent care.

Tia is absolutely amazing! Saying she went above and beyond to help, is an understatement. She's incredibly caring and knowledgeable. Dealing with these TWO AMAZING pharmacist. @ CVS since I moved to Atlanta in 2014. Andre & Josh go on and beyond to help you. Friendly, polite, knowledgable, always make time to answer questions about your prescription. My insurance changed to another pharmacy ( not CVS) but I ❤ to stop by and say Hi to Andre & Josh. Two pharmacist that Really care about their customers

I can't say enough good things about this CVS. It is clean, well stocked and the staff are friendly. The pharmacists specifically: Andre and Josh are exceptional. They go above and beyond. For example, the have taken the initiative to find coupons for my co-payments, which is certainly appreciated and has resulted in a great deal of savings. When I moved, they called to make sure my prescriptions could get to me at my new address. This is a rare quality to find and it is much appreciated.

This CVS pharmacy is hands-down the best I have visited. The few times I've mistakenly popped up thinking I had called in a prescription, they've taken great strides to fill it in a timely manner. Andre and Josh are the nicest people walking this Earth. They greet me by name and know what I need before I even get to the counter. As odd as this sounds, I actually enjoy stopping in to pick up my sons medication, even if it's only for a few minutes. Andre, Josh and the entire team truly know what it means to provide exceptional service, without losing the human factor. Please don't ever leave this location!
