Too crowded and congested! This place is dangerous to drive into, through, or around in a big truck! I wouldn't ever stop here, but my company required me to for fuel....

Very busy ... Very tight area... Came by at lunchtime when my day ended and been busy since... Store was clean for as busy as it was... Shelves were being stocked... Not the place to be if you are in a rush or hurry to get fuel and a parking spot...

Known him for year's, he,s a character, But, a nice guy. Works hard, long hours, and has always taken good care of me. One of the best CB Shop on I-40 Exit 42 East of Memphis, Tn. He,s at the Pilot Truck Stop in the old yellow Train Caboose! Good Guy!!!

Just nasty. The place is dirty, bathrooms are disgusting. Staff has an attitude and we're having an extremely inappropriate conversation. Very disappointing. I'm starting to wonder if Pilot just doesn't care about their business anymore.

Late night female employee came to work appeared to be on high on drugs. Male employee has a nasty attitude which asked to clean showers. Unmasked. Didn't clean bathroom. In and out under 4 minutes claiming it was clean. Room. Rejected. Higher management needs to get a better handle on its employees. Store overall dirty. Poor truck stop. Gas and go. Shower at your own risk.

Great employees, ready to help you in any way. I ate lunch here, and what I really liked about it was it has an area where you can sit down and eat. There was alot of traffic in and out while I was there but the line at yhe counter was not a long wait at all. I personally will be going here again in the future and would definitely recommend to others too.

This is one of the most different Pilots I've seen in its way of the store as it it's built parking lot is also very very difference is a little uncomfortable the way it is built entrance and the exit is it going to go put gas and it's going to be a little uncomfortable to get out if it's a little crowded the inside is completely Square. But you can eat some chicken in Chester or have a sandwich in Subway
