11-18-22 One employee working overnight and absolutely no showers for truck drivers because one employee can’t watch the front and clean showers at the same time. This should never happen. The employee up front has no back up in a major city. The drivers who work 14 hours a day and don’t go home for extended periods cannot even take a shower. Someone has really dropped the ball in this normally reasonable store.

Men's bathroom was mess., Each toilet clogged and dirty. Asked the cashier for a restroom in the shower, didn't bother accommodating. Poor cleaning service and very poor hospitality for your driver

Absolutely horrible service by the so called manager Ginger ..... Told me paid parking was full and gave me a refund... I told her I reserved a spot 6 hrs prior. She said her maintenance guy left an HR prior and I asked if I could find a truck that was not supposed to be there could she move it?? She replied i won't go outside but you can try and move them yourself. Bad attitude. Why offer reserve parking if you won't honor it??? She was so rude and put her hand in my face then as i walked away she flicked me the finger 🤘 I didn't use bad words nor was I rude... I just wanted my spot I was entitled too. Bring so close to corporate headquarters... You'd figure they would have security or off duty cops employed there. Bottom line... Why offer a service you won't HONOR!!!!????!!!! They claim to appreciate truckers but I felt disrespected and very upset Corporate please check cameras 955pm-1005pm Sept 17th and look how she treated me She should be fired I understand what happened 2 years ago.. if she would day she was too afraid for her and her employees safety and that's the reason she wouldn't go outside I would've taken that. But rude behavior and childness middle finger have no room in Pilot Flying J

Been coming to same store and am 43 yrs old. Say this because buying a pack cigs like every day and was ID sure clerk wanted scan my ID refused very big brother like and ridiculous never stop here again. Just bought cigs two days earlier wasn't even asked for ID and rude about it when asked questions?

Gas pumps do not accept Apple Pay have to walk inside the store to pre-pay. Cashiers are extremely rude and argumentative. Trash cans are overflowing trash all over the parking lot floor inside the store is sticky.

For as busy as this pilot gets it is still one of the cleanest most well stocked Pilot truck stops. The staff here is pleasant and helpful. Just be aware this place stays packed and as is with many if not most their real estate purchasers and parking engineers grossly underestimate the volume they will serve. Welcome to the new world, it is all about the coorperate bottom line, not the customer, yet somehow to my surprise the staff here manages to pull it off because the coffee here is still awesome and fresh!!

Cleanest Pilot in the area. Great staff. Betty gave great customer service & was able to help me find what I was looking for in the store. For this being a very busy store, it was very well organized & I was able to get in & out quickly.

Hello to those that are traveling East and West Iran I-40, it's a nice place if you traveling you need to stop and rest awhile refresh Dairy has a Denny's here clean restrooms the service is excellent. It has some of the things you need if you traveling you know fuel some food lots of parking so it's up to you if you want to stop by here and check it out for yourself. It's a nice people that work at 2.

If you're like me and mainly look at truck stop reviews to see what food they have, this place has Wendy's. I love everything about this location other than the parking area. It's one of the smaller Pilots, but it is super clean and well-maintained. The employees are all so very sweet and personable, even at the Wendy's.
