Every time lately PAST 3 MONTHS IF YOU COME TO THIS PLACE AT 2 A.M. YOU CANT BUY NOTHING guy is mopping floor won't let you in I understand cleanliness and keeping place up to par but it's so consistent come out of the bars in the local area want to grab a snack spend my money and just inconvenient as hell they probably lost on about 100 dollars in last month and that's just me. Maybe mop the floor at like 4 a.m or something plz. just going to stop going to this place period if this keeps up

8.28.22 at 9:50am. Idk why your employees think it's ok to be talking on the headset while taking care of customers. Twice I thought he was talking to me and I responded with "sorry, what was that?" He had the nerve to wave me off to tell me shush cause he's on the phone. As if I was an inconvenience to him.

If you buy blunts don’t even bother coming here anymore. When they changed management/ownership everything has gone down. Blunts almost ALWAYS ripped and broken. The card reader doesn’t work at the pumps. Somebody told me they watched someone tell them the blunts they were buying were ripped, they lied and said they’d throw it out, they just put it in the back. I believe it. Started stocking weird stuff instead of normal things… just go to Exxon less than a mile away. What kind of idiot buys a business that’s been there for 20+ years and changes everything?

Was not greeted at the register. I was waiting for the cashier to ring my item up while he did other things. Another cashier (manager / owner) kept taking new people but I was left standing there on top of no greeting or thank you.

Since 711 took Exclusive away the breakfast blend is horrible and tear up my stomach at this place. 711 has some of the worst coffe now! Please bring back the Exclusive!

People there are rude, unsanitary, and have no sense of customer service. I used to work there and I was the only one who cleaned the coffee pots and machines on top of the slurpee and big gulp machines and since I quit they haven't cleaned em there's legitimately moldy in all of those places, they turn off the freezer sometimes to stock it and i got spoiled milk from them without a refund, they won't let you use their phones, they keep the same hot food from 6am up until 11pm and when serving don't use gloves. I can go on but honestly had no hard feelings when I quit but as a customer best of luck

Years back this 7-Eleven was an outstanding location the owners kept it well stoxked and very clean. They moved on to other ventures and the store became a corporate store while the store was still well stocked and clean the service took a tank and they would never let anyone use the washroom since then the store has been purchased by a new owner everything is just completely gone down they're always out of things the stores constantly dirty they reheat the food from the day before or leave it on past the point of expiration the service is rude they leave stock items out in the aisles of the store it just really sucks because this location is really convenient for me to go to but I won't be going back there anymore

Never disappointed stoppin' in this location. Staff has always been friendly, seen a few come & go but never had a bad experience. Only thing that would be a bummer now & again is the cooler would tend to need stocking, but I've always appreciated the customer service while coming through here for years.

Things sure have changed for the worst since they sold back to corporate. Yesterday I was there for a quick snack, the cashier was more concerned about getting the co-worker to replace him at the counter so he could go outside and talk with a friend. Lots of kids hanging out both inside and outside the store. Won't be back, which is too bad, I've been going there since my kids were small for the past 15+ years : (
