Pharmacist is rude and gets upset because she can't hear you on the phone. Almost 20 minutes to pick up the phone. Horrible service. CVS for sure next time.

Stopped there tonight 10/21/2021 apprx 7 pm. Very rude clerk at front cashier near entrance doors. I'm said thank after she handed me my change before walking out she said nothing back to me the CUSTOMER and she should be the one saying thank you to me not the other way around. I think these employees have forgotten who keeps the doors open & who is the real boss. Without customers you don't have a business or a job!!!! Great, respectful customer service is the key in any business & clearly she should not be working with the public if she is going to disrespect us and don't appreciate our business. Me & my family won't be back!

My sister picked up a prescription for me tonight and when she gave it to me, the bag was tied. I wasn't paying attention and dropped the bag on accident. Well, turns out the prescription was in a glass bottle. I called the pharmacy right away and explained the misshap. The first person I spoke with ultimately told me they'd have to charge full price without insurance to replace it and I'd need a new doctor's order. While I understand why this is, it was a little frustrating...but I get it. However, when I went to pick up the new prescription there was a gentleman named Daniel (2nd person I spoke with to confirm 2nd prescription was ready) working the window who knew the unfortunate situation and was able to use a discount card to take $20 off the prescription! I was so appreciative that he even tried to make the situation better. His actions turned the whole situation around for me and I appreciate him going the extra mile in this situation! Thanks Daniel!

On January 31st at around 8 pm, I stopped here on the 2nd day of the recent storm. I was surprised to see the parking lot wasn't cleared very well and not salted. The handicapped parking area was just as bad! I have mobility issues and weak bones (I fell last year and broke ribs and fractured a collar bone), and cannot risk another fall. I was so upset to see the dangerous (for people like me) walking conditions so I proceeded with extreme caution. After I made my purchase I told the cashier she should tell her manager about the poor conditions near the handicapped parking area and she replied "oh, is it slillery?" in a tone bordering on condescensionand started to ring up the next customer, somewhat of a signal for me to move on. Needless to say this location does not care for their handicapped customers nor safety for that matter. I think i will take the extra 10 minutes drive to CVS from now on! Not at all recommended!

I also had the same experience as Sarah Prado. I walked in and the older Hispanic woman named Jessica gave me a dirty look and didn't even say hello. She then continued to chit chat gossip with other employees. When it was time to pay at checkout she was STILL chatting and ignored me standing there for 2 minutes! Then she finally saw I wasnt going away and nodded her head to the skinny tall employee and he paused, didn't know what to do and then told me to go to checkout on the other side. It was very strange that Jessica didn't say a word to me or even wanted to checkout my items! Your register was open too! Never coming back to this store again!

Unbelievable! I walk in, there are two cashiers at the register, a younger girl and and older lady. One wearing grey vest(manager?) Both of them look up at me, neither of them nod, smile, or acknowledge me. I walk past them and out comes a guy in another grey vest pushing a cart almost runs into me. He doesn't say excuse me or acknowledge my existence when I stopped either! What is going on in this store? Acknowledging the customer is a basic fundamental of retail!

Pick up medicine from pharmacy drive thru, see the guy swipe my card twice I don't think anything of it cause I know from personal experience it doesn't always read the card the first time. I get home check my bank a few hours later and see I was charged twice. The pharmacy tells me "that's impossible we can only scan the barcode once" I explain the receipt shows one item but my bank shows two charges for the same price. He then explains "that's weird that shouldn't be possible, the manager isn't in till Monday but we have a store manager" and this was after I mentioned I'd just call my bank and have them get a charge back. He transferred me to the store manager and he told me "you have to call your bank first to even see if we really charged you twice, cause I don't think we did" I understand this Walgreens gets some really bad customers sometimes but I was willing to show proof - guess I'll deal with my bank since I'll already have to call them to "make sure they charged me twice"

I live only blocks alway from this Walgreens location so this is always my stop for quick purchase, filling prescriptions And even visits to the wellness clinic. Usually my experience is pretty good but the past few months this location has been hiring new staff and I have to say l, who ever is making the hiring decisions isn’t really great at it. The recent and what seems to be revolving staff has consist of very rude young teenagers. the icing on the cake however was my most recent visit where an older lady named Denise decided it was appropriate to make fun of my name, Porsche. As she rung me out at the register and asked me to enter my number for my rewards point she proceeded to ask me if my name was really porsche. Me not thinking much of it, figured she just wanted to verify who I was of course told her yes that that is my name. Miss Denise figured the appropriate response to my name was ”what was your mother thinking! Naming you after the car!” 😑. I couldn’t believe my ears. Here’s is my senior who should be wiser then I, making fun of my name like she was a high schooler. I politely explained to Denise that I’m part German and my mother who is German, named me after a favorite dancer of hers. The car Porsche was named after it’s German founder. Porsche is a German name if you weren’t awear.... That’s what my mother was thinking. After I had given Denise a lesson on culture education I proceeded to asked for management to report the matter.

I lost my debit card while shopping in the store yesterday. Mike Harris an employee found it and returned it to the front cashier. That being said, it's refreshing to know that people like Mike exist. You hired a person of integrity. Thank you - much appreciation!
