Visited yesterday! Use to come here all the time when I lived close. I used cash and then switched to my debit card. Only used $5 worth on my card but I was charged for $10 not sure how to get in contact with anyone. Update: Thank you for reaching out the charge did come off of my card! Thanks for understanding

The actual washing of the car was great. The vacuum however was the most pathetic I've come across so far in all of saint Pete.

Sir

I’ve used this car wash a few times. 2 of the 3 times were fine, expensive but convenient. The last time, all washes were broken. I kept trying credit card. Then driving through. Drove around again. Next wash same thing. By this time, sweat is dripping down my face, there’s no attendant, no signs and no number to call. I put $50 cash to try that. Nothing. Well, as I’m now out of car trying to get cash back I see small sign that says up to 20 dollar bill only. So I drive away with no wash, 30 minutes gone and $50 lighter in the wallet. I’ve written (the only way to communicate) to this business by email. I described my car, the exact time and a polite request to obtain my $50 back or at least a credit for future washes. No answer to multiple emails isn’t good business practice. Avoid this place. There’s no support to customers.

"Feather" touch ripped the entire license plate assembly off my truck. Ripped it right out, going to need rewiring and a mechanic. Wish I could post a picture, it's a massive piece of plastic, the entire assembly. $15 car wash is gonna cost me. Edit: noticed it even ripped off the cover to where I plug my trailer lights in. Keeps getting better. I've used this car wash for years, after reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one missing a license plate post-wash. I've also experienced the "one pass" that the other reviews mention and thought I was crazy.

Used the first bay and no water came out of the spray gun. Went to second bay and no soap came out. So now I’m out $10. Could not find any information to contact them.

This place is a money pit! Washing machine just keep taking money but it doesn’t give enough time. And I’m not old and slow. Don’t use your credit card because you will end up paying double for the time you pay with cash. Who ever owns this place is very greedy! And this is not my first time here, I keep giving them chance but I realized it’s not me it’s just a bad business!

No soap… so just a wash with water. No phone number posted it to alert the owner

Kudos for customer service / public relations. Even though my vehicle had lots dirty sap droplets from parking under an oak tree, I chose to go through the Touchless Car Wash bay as my friend who does auto body and paint said this is the safest for the paint job. Since my vehicle did not get clean, I came back to go through the car wash bay that has cloths that wipe your car clean. The owner / employee (?) came out and explained that the cloths were designed to not hold dirt; therefore, should not damage my paint job. He offered to let me go through again at no charge. My car became much cleaner. Thank you so much for your integrity.

I used to live up the street from this car wash early/mid 2000s. I used it all of the time. I wouldn’t use any other car wash because this one was so good. I have since moved to South Tampa. Two times I have driven over to Saint Pete just to use my old car wash. Both times it looks as if I only used my hose to rinse the car. Hard water spots are left all over it. The first time the brushless wash arm only passed over the car once and then said it was finished. That was a $17 dollar premium wash. The owner, that day, was there and disputed what happened, and told us he needed to go inside to check the camera (to see if we were lying?). Then he told us to go through again for free because he’d seen that we were correct. My bank was charged twice anyway for a premium car wash. Today I selected the premium platinum car wash again. I was hoping the last visit had been a fluke. My car looks worse than it did before I drove through. I’m going to call my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge and get a refund for the terrible awful car “wash”. I will never use this car wash again. Absolutely awful. What a shame.

The facility itself is ok. They have all the things you need to wash the outside of your car and vacuum the inside. However, the prices are inconsistent and not very fair. There are vacuums in two uncovered spots by 9th St. and by the two covered self-wash bays and they cost different amounts ($1.25 at the covered bays and $1.00 at the uncovered spots). While the vacuum instructions seem to imply that with that cost you will get all three steps (vacuum, spot remover, and shampoo) you only get one. I don't know for sure how the self-wash works because I ended up not using it, but based on my conversation with the attendant it sounds like the $2.50 gets you some minutes where you can switch back and forth between the options and then additional time is cheaper (so the $2.50 includes some start up fee). We had all the soap, wax, and rain-x and just needed a hose. Paying $2.50 to use their hose for some undetermined amount of time would have been a poor decision so we left.
