I was visiting from out of town and had a prescription I needed filled. I normally go to Walgreens back home but the one in Hannibal was being difficult and wouldn’t fill it for me. So I went to Gosney Pharmacy, they were so helpful and very friendly. They also filled my Rx fast. If I had this pharmacy in my town, I would switch to them. They are wonderful!

Gosney Pharmacy was the only pharmacy I could get Ivermectin. All chain pharmacies said they didn’t carry the strength I needed. Funny cause I didn’t even tell them the strength, I just asked if the carried it.

They are always helpful with any medication questions and very friendly a d polite when picking up. They referred me to my medications website to get a reusable coupon that saves me 30$ a month. That's very helpful for a single mother.
