Terrible customer service. Hateful associates. My troubles began in March when my 1 year old had a seizure and we had spend hours in the ER and as soon as we were released my husband rushed to get a prescription filled. Yes, it was about 30-45 minutes before closing, but the ladies were horrid to him after he had an emotional draining day as it was. Then again just a few days ago after having our second child he went to try to get some of my prescriptions filled due to a csection. Once again, he was treated very unfairly. We were using Walmart out of convenience because we could shop as well, but will NOT BE RETURNING.

As sad as it is, this store has gone all the way down the crapper. Was there today and was told that they don't carry more than half of what I wanted anymore. Can't go to troy, because it's even worse. Guess it's going to be Wentzville from now on. It's a 32 mile trip one way, but can at least get some of the coffee I like at Dierburgs or Schnucks.

Horrible experience at Bowling Green Walmart Pharmacy. Showed up at 1:25 to pick up antibiotic for my daughter. Was told it was in but they wouldn't fill it till after lunch since they closed at 1:30 for lunch. I said I was here and they were open and I needed the prescription. She said I would have to wait till after lunch. Then they waited on the people behind me. I will never again use walmart pharmacy. I was treated horribly!

I needed a prescription that was going to cost me $500.00 at another pharmacy. I checked at this pharmacy with a coupon I find online to see if it would reduce my price by more than 80%. I did have to wait in line, and then the workers answered all of my questions and were able to fill my script. They took the time to call another pharmacy and have my script sent over, and showed me how to use the online coupon. For having no control over what insurance companies charge or deny, waiting on doctors offices to call and approve things, having costumers grumpy that they are required to see a doctor to get more medication, getting yelled at by people who are upset at their insurance company, their misfortune of being ill, or life in general, I feel that the majority of these workers work hard and do their job all day long. They are in a thankless job where everyone wants what they want immediately, and sometimes that's not possible due to laws out of their control. I was very impressed with my experience. It is always very busy, and there are always people in line waiting, but i don't see anyone in the pharmacy just chatting or hanging out. They are all working, all the time. Do I wish prescriptions cost less? Sure, but once again, that's not their fault. Thanks!

Some of the workers are friendly and helpful, there is one that unfortunately does really odd things, denies filling certain prescriptions even if you have been getting them on a regular basis, causes a lot of wasted time and hassle.
