Slowest place I have ever been to. I have been sitting on the drive thru for about 20 minutes. When I got in line there was only 4 cars on front of me. I haven't made it to place more order yet. Absolutely ridiculous! 2 of my kids wanted McDonald's we made through there drive thru in 4 minutes. Never stopping here again!! Btw still waiting

Pretty quick, as with most places anymore they seem understaffed. But this isn't about that. I've ordered quesadilla's from other places and always been good. First and last time from Taco Bell. Maybe they had old one and stuck in microwave. It stuck to the wrapper, tasted like the wrapper and was basically chicken chunks covered in Velveeta? with a paper tasting wrap. The workers need a wake up call. I asked for a plain taco, PLAIN, no other ingredients, but cheese, and meat. And when I went to put the hot sauce in my taco, I saw some lettuce just clear as day, couldn't confuse it for anything else.

Taco Bell food is good but went to the counter to order and was told to use the Kiosk instead, so made my order there even though I'm paying with cash. After making my order and selected cash the Kiosk inform me to please proceed to the register counter to pay, I stood there another 5 mins before someone came and ask may I help you? I said yeah I need to pay for my order. What the hell happen to person to person ordering, why couldn't a person take my order like the old days takes 5 mins this took 15 mins to get my order in, I will not ever step foot into a Taco Bell like this one, you don't want to take my order in person then you don't need my money and I hope all my followers sees this review and does the same thing don't go if they can't do person to person.

This evening when me and my family came here to eat we had the worst service I have ever experienced. They was rude and very disrespectful. Both of my crunch wraps had no meat at all on them and when we took it back to have it fixed the girl rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. When they brought the food back they literally tossed it on the counter and didn’t tell us it was there. There was an older lady who stood at the counter so long she ended up leaving. Me and my family will never come back.

We stopped in on our way through Missouri judt to grab a quick bite. The food was excellent and very fresh. We used the kiosk to place our order. The staff was very friendly and courteous not only to customers but to each other as well. A very enjoyable break from our traveling.
