Worst place ever I waited for 40 min then when I asked to talk to a manager the lady said I am one I said I have been waiting a long time and all she could say was ya prob I told her she shouldn’t be a manager if she couldn’t talk to customers and ppl who ordered after me got there food before me and then my order was messed up when I got on the road

Was hoping to get a hot meal . The drive thru line was long , a family member wanted to order the 20 piece mc nugget. They were fried in old or burnt grease definitely dried out . I can't figure it out . Usually one of the only fast food places we'd use if on a mission to get somewhere. I did reach them by phone and all I was told was that he'd talk with staff. I truely don't remember a apology.

The drive through was so backed up that I went inside. WHAT A MESSED UP PLACE. THE Kiosk is so cold and you have to wait forever for your food. I ask her... this doesn't eorj well dies it? Do you regret putting these in. Hef answer.... it works well for us back here. Really... glad you hear that! I won't ever go back until there is a live person with an option to use the kiosk if you prefer. I AIN'T DOING IT.

Wow they keep getting worse and worse. My husband ordered a meal with a slushy we get to the window no slushy. Okay the one took the order didn't add it even though he literally asked "what do you want to drink with this meal". Teenage girl gets snippy and we are made to go back through the line to get the slushy. Yes we probably should of noticed it wasn't on the board but the attitude wasn't. Also this is my strawberry shake. Everytime I visit the customer service becomes worse.

Long wait cold food. 2 fish dinners cold fish, French fries, and cheese curds. Shakes were not blended white on the bottom chocolate on top, melted and warm. Very disappointed

Mobile order picked up in drive thru, given no straws for drinks, one item missing, one order wrong, AND they somehow deleted our coupon and charged us extra. Absolutely terrible.

For truckers who want food it is a major inconvenience for your stores inside to be closed. And no way you are that short staffed because just a few weeks ago you had the inside open. Ever since then I have tried to come inside 6 more times all with locked doors in the past 2 weeks. Today was the last time I'll try. Never again will I go to this mcdonalds. Luckily I don't place mobile orders or I'd block your drive threw lanes til you brought out my food. Knocked it down to 1 star now. It's been over a month and your lobby is still closed. There is no reason for that at all. Very few people go inside so it wouldn't hurt workers. Most people are to lazy to walk inside anyway. Or at least turn on your mobile ordering like your window advertises. Here is a picture of this mcdonalds advertising mobile ordering when I'm fact they have it turned off.

Absolutely horrific wait times. 30 minutes in a drive thru. I'm guessing this place struggles with good leadership. McDonald's corporate, if you actually look at these reviews I would suggest a thorough analysis of this store, I'm guessing your company values are not being delivered here.
